-Management was notified but did not seem to care, was not helpful and was very rude and unprofessional. I never leave a negative review without first trying to reconcile the issue at hand and since management was not willing to handle this matter professionally, a review is needed so that others are made aware before spending their money on anything-Not very clean. The staff is not very helpful. It’s not a first time customer friendly surroundings. The trainer was not really a trainer and did not show me how to use any equipment and basically just asked how much weight I want to loose and my health and that was that. Just left me to it and was not to be seen after that. It was a waste of money and people that went there were not there to work out. The bathrooms were always stinking and dirty in the showers and equipment was not being cleaned properly. The solution they give you to wipe everything down when you want to use them is always mainly water and very diluted. I got caught in a contract I couldn’t get out of without either paying a lot more money to break it or be forced to continue to return to this awful dirty place while continuing to make my payments until my contract ended. I do not recommend coming here at all!

Love this place. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Emily and Janelle always take care of me. Go see them and sign up to the best gym in the area. You guys are the best!

Lots of equipment to vary your workouts. Even when lots of people in the gym there is still plenty to do. Locker rooms are clean, lots of showers and lockers (bring your own lock). Does not smell like a gym. Huge bonus. Member benefits are great with tanning, water massage, etc.

I've been going to this PF for almost 3 years now. Much nicer facility than any other PF I've visited while out of town.Staff is always friendly & equipment is always clean and operational. For $10 per month and a $39 yearly due you have no reason to complain.Subtracting 1 star from the review because the shower stalls could really use a clean and disenfect more often with all the use they get everyday.

Wife and I both go 4-5 days a week for a year now. Love it. The place is spotless clean; staff friendly; wife has used trainers and likes them: can sometimes get crowded but doesn't last long and it's crowded I'll bet cause it's so nice so take the 'crowd' thing as a positive. I've never had a problem getting on weight machines or the treadmill (they have bikes and stair climber too. Can't speak to crowds there but there's many bikes and both upright and recumbent)They have lockers for use by anyone (combo lock you re-set with each use and a great locker room w showers.Nice massage machines, massage chairs and (I haven't used these) some tanning booths.As to the monthly deduction from a checking accountand no cash or credit cards: NEVER had a problem w wrong amounts taken out and while I thought it odd at first (checks only no cards) I say: get over it.Price per month is amazing.As to the people there: it's a huge number of just average people and NOT just filled w muscle bound lunk heads. Makes everyone feel comfortable. Whether you are into intense muscle workouts (there are many people there who are very impressive and could probably win awards) there's tons of average people (as I am at 65 and no muscle bound specimen) so everyone will feel comfortable; Even if you've let yourself go and should have started working out years ago,there's all sizes & shapes there.They really exemplify their motto of 'no judgment zones 'A great place. Would recommend it highly.

This is the 2nd PF I've worked out at (I moved here nearly a year ago from Ohio), and I have to say I really enjoy this one better! It's clean, and I've yet to encounter any equipment that doesn't work. I workout 3-4 four days a week, and also use their tanning beds. The beds are always clean, and the women's bathroom is too.Staff can't police non-compliant members who don't clean equipment after use... But in my experience, I don't see it anymore here than I have at other gyms! Some of the previous reviews I've read aren't my experience, at all.I'm actually pretty impressed by how many members bring their teens, like I do my daughter! It's great knowing we're conditioning our future with healthy lifestyle choices. Keep it up, PF!

Everyone is always really nice here, I have absolutely no complaints. In fact, I signed up around 1 am last week, and asked for a little help my first night with toning certain muscles. The guy working at the desk helped me and showed me how to exercise those muscles, and how to use every machine that could help with toning! I love this gym, I'm going to be going there for a long time

The gym is a very good size, people I've talked to that work there are nice, it gets crowded fast. Honestly, not the best gym I've ever been too. If you have hours that are 24hrs go all in everyday not just a few days. The free weight situation is clear. Almost on every review. Free bars would be very nice. Most gyms have about a dozen. I'm just getting back to working out after a long time off and chose your gym. The price is definitely right. Hopefully this review helps others to decide to go here. There's room to grow for the better and I feel your company has the potential.

glad to be making this first review.been a member for about a week not long. actually enjoy the facility and the amenities it provides.but yesterday 02/08/14 around 6:12pm I placed my purse down to use restroom between my stool and the one next to me I was looking through my phone and once I was done I go to put my phone in my purse to pull my pants up my purse was all open and my wallet had my belongings out of it. this person took $100.00 (5 $20's) I had just taken them out of a payday loan location so I can have some cash until I get paid. I notified staff and they asked "what color where her shoes" like if I was paying attention who was using the stall next to mine. NO MANAGER IN STORE!!!! so I call cops and make police report and they looked over surveillance video and in the time frame I was in restroom there was approximately 11 women in and out. called today 02/09/14 to speak to a manager and NO MANAGER in store... please beware of taking personal belongings to this gym or any gym.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this gym or staff!! I too signed up in the evening during the week and recieved all of Samanthas attention! She actually ended up staying PAST closing to help my family... I go to the gym at different times everyday and ALWAYS see a member of management. I have been to ALL the gym in the area and find this one to be the most friendly, outgoing, and helpful. I would recommend this gym to everyone!!
