Thanks to the Karen’s of the world PF will be losing members. I am super disappointed with PF for allowing a complain about my personal trainer and her students causing her to stop training us. Because we supposedly were taking up space and machines!!?? when our trainer and her students are all paying members with the right to use the machines and space provided by PF. This was unfair and uncalled for. Karen who ever you are please mind your own business and allow others that have the opportunity to have a trainer better themselves. PF I hope you take this incident into consideration for the future to avoid losing members.

Overall ok gym. Need to post several signs in the 30 min Express workout room to remind members not to sit on a machine and just use (texting) cell phones, or do 2- 3 sets of the workout at one station while other members are in the room.

I'm sure that it is a fantastic place to workout, but I chose not to stay. It was dark, very dark, and crowded. The air seemed to be heavy with moisture in comparison to the outside. And...the music was loud.BUT...the attendants were friendly and courteous.

I am very frustrated with this business! Mainly with the boss and manager because they have preferred to listen to “someone’s” complaint because I and My trainer @Zahyli used some mechanics. Which we have a right to use just like any other client because we also pay for membership instead of coming to us and finding a solution to this problem quickly and maturely they have decided to kick my trainer out.When the business itself does not provide any personal trainers to use. For this reason, I have decided to cancel my membership. I am very disappointed.

Planet Fitness is a tremendous value and the atmosphere is perfect for there No Judgement Zone!I go in ride a bike for 15 minutes then Work there 30 minute workout! They have a red light to move to the next zone and a green light to work out!Step ups in between weight machines works very nicely!

So I live in my van and use planet fitness often. This location is by far that the best bathroom. Other planet fitness is should take notice. They have a bench ante-shower area that is so helpful, I did not run out of hot water like I do in other locations. And they also have full-size shower curtains actually two of them when all the other locations cut them in thirds thirds. Then I actually found not only a blow dryer but a high quality one when I have not seen a blow dryer in a very long time in a planet fitness facility. It's 2 AM it's very clean but of course they usually are.

Great gym but had an issue due due the fact that I signed up at this gym over a year ago while on vacation and was told I'd be able to cancel back home in Miami at anytime. That wasn't the case but luckily one of the front desk employees was able to help me out but what a mission.

Great staff great place to workout great equipment n meditation pod n message tables n chairs tanning booth n leg circulation n inferred light therapy. Love it! I bought the Black Card Membership so it world wired n all throughout the USA too! What a great bargain!

I’m so confused at what’s happening in this location. While the staff is super nice and helpful, the condition of the gym is just gross. I’ve been coming here for 2 1/2 years and I’ve seen it go from great to bad to this. The floors are absolutely filthy, when I say filthy I mean as in dirt and bits of whatever everywhere. I was in there 2 days in a row this week and there was animal sized clump of hair and debris in the corner where the exercise balls are. The white walls are covered in handprints and who knows what. The paint is peeling off in large chunks. The mens bathroom light has been flickering this entire week. There’s dust on every surface. Yesterday there was no paper towels in 2 different cleaning stations, meanwhile the one evening employee is no where to be seen, then suddenly appears just hanging all over the counter up front. The fort myers beach location is super clean and sanitary so what is happening in NFM??

Compared to every other PF in the area, this is 5 stars. Staff is always cleaning around, with proper disinfectants unlike other locations. They provide actual paper towels instead of the cheap brown kind.Large gym with equipment spread out properly. Plenty of area around squat racks to do hip thrusts with proper form.Staff is incredible and there is no one better to run a gym than Vinna and Janelle ! Wonderful ladies.
