Do not be misled by the “$10/mo with no contract”. First of all, there are “additional fees”. And according to the ‘gentleman’ on the phone just now - those fees will apply every 2 months, to the tune of $40+. Secondly, I went against my own personal policy of no automatic bank draft and once you sign that form you have lost all authority over your funds and their withdrawals. You must cancel in person or with a certified letter well in advance of the draft date. Protect yourself and join someplace that allows you to pay with a credit card and shares all the fees up front. Sure it’s only cost me $100 for the 2 months of membership, but that’s not what they advertise.

This is my regular club while in Fort Myers. The club has been recently renovated. It's beautifully maintained. Plenty of equipment. Plenty of parking. The staff is friendly. My favorite location in the Fort Myers area. Plus this location has the CNBC channel in rotation. Planet Fitness is for people who show up to workout. No pretence, a place for people dedicated to personal physical fitness. Try it it's very reasonable.

The Staff is very rude when trying to interact with them. I manage 3 resorts on Fort Myers Beach and I know what I will be telling people that I come in contact with. This is a gym that you must avoid at all cost. This is coming from someone that has been a member since July of 2018. Costumer service must be number one in any business. If you can not deal with the people that pay for your service with respect, then you need a new job.

Most of staff are great ,same with trainers. Renovations in progress and all new equipment, enjoy working out there.

Friendly staff, clean gym, good equipment. It looks like the changing rooms have been recently renovated too. Only addition I'd like to see is a sauna.

I recently visited this location while on vacation for a week. The staff was friendly, as were the patrons. The facility and equipment was clean and I very much enjoyed my time here.

Visiting from out of state. The staff was positive, helpful and friendly. The facilities and equipment are great. The locals were very welcoming and non- judgemental. Great experience!!! Might have to come back to this area just for the gym😁 …

Friendly staff. Clean. Just enough machines for each muscle. Haven’t been there since the renovation though to see how it came out. But decent size gym. Not so busy which is good. Not sure at the hours now but definitely should’ve been changed. Closed too early before 10 is just too early for me.

I appreciate the friendly staff, free person training, and the membership is very affordable. The bathrooms are kept spotless, the equipment is clean and easy to use and updated. I also enjoy the perks of the ultimate membership massage beds, tanning beds and massage chair. Thumbs up
