I do like this gym and the location. Unfortunately, its filthy. There are plenty of employees and yet, paper towel dispensers are always empty and there are dust/hair ball’s everywhere! Cant do a pushup anywhere without getting covered in people’s hair and dirt. Employees never greet anyone, they have their heads in their phone and/or are gathered at the front having an obnoxiously loud conversation. When asking for equipment(ab roller, clamps etc) you’ll most likely receive attitude. Music is always blasting and you can hear it thru your headphones. I use to work at a 24 yrs ago and the standard was a lot higher. I guess 24’s standards unfortunately took a huge dip.

24 hour fitness? More like 14 hour fitness. This location is always announcing they are closing and rushing people out. Closing a gym at 8pm on weekends is garbage.

Place is never open. Freaking “24 hour fitness” never open 24 hours! I workout at night and this the 2nd time they close way before everyone else. Fire this owner!

Staff is friendly and overall decent place. Prices are low for membership, which is good. However,Need to fix machines when they break down. Pull down broken for a month. Many elliptical machines broken, you have them set to your desired speed and velocity, the clock is on, and all of a sudden, snap, your back to square one. Garbage can in men's locker is labelled towels from a bygone era, and the paper towel machine is generally empty. Soap containers in locker often run out...Music predominantly rap,, just fyi

I do like the location. Didn't see a hot tub but maybe it's because it's in the Mall. I would like to request that the vents above the shower be cleaned

Not family friendly. Only geared toward the loud, rambunctious crowd! We went in (with our family) to look into getting gym memberships for all of us. It was so loud in there, the employees were screaming at each other to be heard and didn't even notice we were there right away. It was nothing short than an atmosphere of anxiety. We all turned around and walked out, taking our business elsewhere. We were looking for a place that will actually improve our health, not hinder it!
