I recently became a member at the 24 Hour Fitness Gym located at The Shops at Carlsbad Mall and I am beyond satisfied with my experience. Although the gym is only open till 10pm, it still offers plenty of time to get in a great workout. The gym is always well-maintained, clean and has a wide range of equipment and amenities. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel welcome every time I visit. The location inside the mall makes it easy to fit in a workout before or after shopping. Why was I being charged $43 per month and not told there is a plan for $299 for the entire year which translates to $24 per month. Shady practice. Canceled.
