My partner and I are vacationing in Carlsbad for the week and worked out at this gym . Maurice and the staff were very nice and helpful. The gym is very well equipped and locker rooms are clean . I was a member of 24 Hour Fitness back home but that gym has since closed. We appreciate being able to workout here.

A very solid 24 hour location. Not very busy with plenty of cardio machines and free weights . The pool and sauna were clean and the jacuzzi was working. Large locker rooms which were nice. The staff are very friendly at the front desk. They have a basketball court on the third floor. Really enjoyed the squat racks being outside.

Wow. This location is extremely well maintained. Clean. Additional amenities. Definitely going to start visiting this location instead of the Oceanside location.

Ended up canceling my membership after many yrs, because it wasn't worth it anymore. Specifically since they closed the 24hr fitness in Vista and San Marcos and on top of that, this location isn't "24hrs" anymore.

Never actually ended up getting my membership because the tall bald man helping me was such a creep I ended up walking out. When I told him I wanted to start doing cardio to help quit smoking he said something along the lines of "You're a good looking woman, knowing you're a smoker takes you down a few notches." This was in front of my mother, too. That and a few other arrogant disgusting remarks later and I noped out.

Staff puts customer service and professionalism first, a great representation of the brand. Especially during COVID times, with guests that complain and blame, the team answers with a smile, keeps everything clean and organized. Worth driving past other fitness options to workout at a place like this. Always impressed, and will continue recommending this location to my friends and family. 🙋🏼♂️
