Clean....and clearly planned out. Staff are courteous and knowledgable. There is a outside weight lifting area that is contain with in the site. Not open 24 hours.

Sweet gym all the amenities friendly staff don't bother you during your workouts and gas you up as you enter. Never too crowded, relaxed atmosphere, great location right in the mall.

Today 34/11/22. Normally I would go somewhere else, but 24 is the only gym that has a Steam Room. Which isn’t always the cleanest. Today I politely asked (just casually) how often the steam room gets cleaned. This employee ..a female with long dark hair in a pony tail with a white shirt on said sarcastically “I’m not sure, she’s here today and she is doing the best she can.” Look, I know this whole Gen Z (it’s all about me) thing is a trend right now but relax. I was just asking a question and your attitude kills people’s vibes when they come to a place to get hyped up to have a good workout and last thing anyone needs is attitude at 8am. Plus we pay to come to this facility and expect it to be decently cleaned.Then I come and ask for the device that measures your body fat and this was April 30th 2022 … and the guy was like “Yeah we have one but I don’t know where it’s at.” So I just looked at him like …… can you even try to look for it … and so I said “So, No…?” He goes “Yeah, No.” I’m just like dude … lol The trainers are nice, but the effort was not there on this guys part. So I went in the trainers station and found it lol it was sitting right there on the desk, and I got my results after my workout and left. I almost took it to the trainer and said “Thanks, I found it myself.”

First time back in The gym since pre-covid! So this rating may be biased because I'm feeling really good right now lol but this 24-hour fitness location especially in the Carlsbad mall is so nice! They have everything and it is so clean!

This gym is GARBAGE! I spend 20 min trying to find equipment that works,it's filthy never paper towels in the restroom. If you mention something about it they just offer to cancel your membership with no refund!!! They blast music out of a boom box like how getto.No wonder it's 1$ a month for most members. No classes either,,, Spend your money where it counts...You have been warned!

Given the price, there are much better options. NOT open 24 hours ironically and it's VERY hard to find equipment to use during the evening rush and by the time you do your pump is gone and you're not in the mood. We left and designed a workout room at home instead.

I like this gym. It’s quieter than other 24s I’ve been to in the morning. They have an outside are with turf, bumper plates and rigs if that’s your thing. The only downside is no one wipes down the equipment, After everything we’ve all been through you’d think people were more considerate. The staff is friendly, bathrooms always clean and it’s quiet around 630-7am.
