Yoga classes are perfect for me. The instructor especially jennifer, Kat and michellett... zumba classes are also great.. I do like the class outdoors....and of course the front people at the greetings desk. They are all ways cheerful... that's it for now..

Zumba classes with Mariangel (and the other instructors too) have been mental lifeline for me during the pandemic. I was so excited that they figured out a safe way to have classes. I have been taking Mariangel’s class outside almost every week since October. Her energy is contagious and the choreography is so fun. Everyone is happy while at Zumba!

Zumba class with Mariangel is my favorite for many reasons, her energy, her spirit, the way she interacts with her gente is unique. For an hour you forget what is happening in the outside world. Zumba has become part of my life, I have met great friends through Zumba.Zumba is our happy hour!!!!Life time Apex is an excellent gym for offering outdoor classes during the pandemic.

I love love love the Zumba classes at Lifetime Apex! Mariangel is always amazing and I have started going to Carina’s classes too - they are wonderful too! I always have more energy after the class than before because their energy and enthusiasm are amazing! They cultivate a Zumba family there!

I love taking classes at Life Time Fitness - Apex. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and inspiring! The fitness rooms are set up properly with enough room between participants and sanitized in between classes. I feel safe and motivated!

I love this place specially Zumba classes! MARÍANGEL is the best instructor forever! She makes me feel happy, renewed! She is able to health through her Zumba dance because her energy is innate. I’ve never met somebody like her. For me she is the number 1 on the whole WORLD! Literally she changed my life in a beautiful positive way. I am so thankful you have her in your team! Apex Life Time provides exercise classes with options both inside and outside. In the last year, I have focused on taking zumba, which is offered outside 6 days a week on a consistent basis. Mariangel, Tracey, Carina and April are all exceptional dance exercise instructors who offer multi-level intensity with a sense of exuberance and community. It's joyful exercise that I love even more than ever!

I love the group fitness classes! I take Zumba, yoga, and strength classes. Instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun. Facility is clean and well maintained. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
