It’s the rudest ever gym! I went there and wanted to start the free trial for Zumba class. The staff only wanted me to purchase the membership immediately or leave! He just wanted you to sign up today. He only talked about price. Then I left and never came back again! Soooo rude!

So dirty. Needs more maintenances at dry sauna and hot tub. Should not allow street shoes at dry sauna to keep it clean and the inside needs remodeling as the woods are rotten. Shower room needs to have the swimsuit water squeezer back. Wet sauna is comparatively clean since no shoes are allowed and there are good and variety of fitness equipment

Why is the music so loud? Obnoxious.

Great staff. Richard helped me get my phone out of the stair master.

Great machines. Plenty of free weights. Miss chael at Service desk was a HUGE help sorting out out family membership. Went absolutely above and beyond.

Came here as a guest and Joe Hess helped me immensely. He made me feel welcomed immediately and definitely made the experience better. Facility was great too! Lots of machines and enough space to move around freely. Amenities were up to date and locker rooms were spacious and clean.

Absolutely disgusting. The worst type of gym from the rude punk kid at the front desk to the filthy facilities.

I love their classes and instructors but it the floors are dirty all the time. I have complained to no avail. This morning there was a dust bunny the size of an actual bunny on the stairs and other large pieces of dirt. Come on, do better.

Only place around for late night workouts. Can be way overcrowded at peak times
