After noticing I was gaining a lot of weight, and just felt like I needed to get my body moving but wanting the guidance of a trainer, I googled personal trainers around me and Total Fitness came up. It was also one of the very few, if not only, that had the hours I was looking to work out, 6:30pm. I had a consultation with one of the owners, Dom, who was enthusiastic and super nice. In no way was it a sales pitch. He asked about my goals and where I wanted to focus my workouts and totally understood my uncertainty about it given I've always kind of stopped after a few weeks. I pulled the trigger and was paired with Ryan. Very quickly we hit it off and he's always been not only super friendly, it is genuinely fun, but he knows what he's doing fitness, nutrition, and supplement wise, and will give you the guidance you're looking for no matter what your personal focus may be. My focus was going to be lifting and fat loss, he couldn't be more awesome about it. Knows exactly when you're ready to step things up, or back down if you're struggling, hurting, or just not locked in that day. Sessions have a great dynamics and will introduce news ways of doing things constantly. Not to mention tolerates my 6 million questions a session. Overall I'm genuinely happy I made the choice to stick to this, and Dom knew exactly who to pair with me to make it most beneficial to me. Ryan is the dude.

Dom and crew took my boys under their wing and really showed them how to live healthy and get a little stronger, hopefully these life lessons will be carried on throughout their lives. 5 stars to this excellent and professional crew.

TFC is an absolutely amazing place to call your gym home! All of the trainers and members truly make it feel like a community you can be proud to call your own. As someone who does not always feel at home in the gym, I couldn’t be more thankful for the place Dom and Jay have cultivated. I’m especially biased toward my trainer, Mistie, who strikes the perfect balance of pushing me beyond what I knew I could accomplish and cheering me on when those last reps start to be a struggle ;) I love TFC!

Mistie is a patient, intuitive, and expert trainer. My goals were to lift heavier and build muscle, and she delivered. I felt safer knowing she would never let me compromise my form, and always enjoyed every minute of our hour together. I saw PR after PR with Mistie and improved several movement patterns that I was looking to master. She always was able to pivot the focus of the workout if needed, and my workouts felt enjoyable and efficient!

I've been attending for about 8 months. From the first session it was clear that Dominic and Edward care deeply about my needs-- getting me strong, being mindful of any pain points or old injuries, and pushing me farther. This was worth every penny!

I honestly don’t want to write this review because I don’t want my secret to get out. But the owners are awesome and deserve a good review so, here it is:I love TFC. I’ve been going there for about 7 months and I’ve seen a major transformation. I came in overweight with a torn rotator cuff that I don’t really want to get fixed, so Dom and Jay put together a training plan for me to (among other things) strengthen the area around it so I’m not in pain. So far, so good.If you’re ready to invest the time and money to get in shape, you’d be wise to give this place a shot. Personal training isn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for and, in my opinion, TFC is worth every penny.

I’ve been with TFC for more than two years and have nothing but amazing things to say about them. I started at a time where I was in awful shape and hated the way I looked. After a few sessions, I gained motivation from my trainer Trent but also the other people at TFC and wanted to real my goal of losing 20 lbs. Fast forward to the present and I’ve lost around 40 lbs and have put on about 10-20 lbs of muscle. I’ve genuinely never felt this good and confident in my life, and it’s such a great feeling. But overall, the amazing environment at TFC mixed with the best trainers helped me reach this goal, and without them I don’t know where i’d be!

I had the best experience for my first time going to a personal trainer at TFC. I was given support, and kindness when I was nervous to be there. They helped me become more comfortable going to the gym. The staff are not only super nice, the environment is friendly and positive. Bill was a fantastic personal trainer who pushed me to my limits, but also listened to help adjust anything if I felt uncomfortable or off. Thank you for the fantastic experience TFC! I would recommend this place to anyone seeking personal training because it is definitely a motivating and positive place to be in!
