Where do I start… I have been involved in fitness on and off for years now. From only doing cardio in my younger years, to doing nothing, to hard core CrossFit, and then after several injuries started doing more sports performance based training. I moved to CO from FL last year and tried every CrossFit facility when I landed here trying to find my way. After trials here and there… I realized what I needed.… To put my ego aside and train smart. Knowing that I need a coach to push me to my limits (and usually beyond) it took me awhile in CO to find what I wanted. And, since I have had really good programming written for me over the last few years I was being picky. But, I needed to make sure I entered into the best situation for me and my needs.After speaking with Dominic (one of the owners) we agreed that we thought it would be a good fit. The gym is spotless (literally so important to me) and they are crazy with the vacuuming!I am only one type though. I have seen so many people in the gym that have all different stories. Different fitness levels. Different goals. My goals will be different than someone else’s goal and the trainers adjust their thinking and programming to meet everyone’s individual needs.Lastly, Dominic has worked with me through all my annoying injuries. Balancing intense workouts while making me train smart and teaching me techniques along the way that have literally changed how I lift. Super caring about all his clients. I see it. Good people. If you need a smart trainer and a safe space to feel comfortable within a no judgement zone then talk with them and I bet you’ll see what I see. :)

TFC is one of my favorite things I look forward to each week. Dom and Jay paired me with my incredible trainer, Samantha and she is the perfect fit for me. While I know personal training is a big investment, here’s how I justify it. I spend most days doing something active to better my body, but at TFC I’m able to see the progress I’m making with Samantha’s push towards hitting PR’s and tough workouts. I’m always motivated to see those days at TFC, but what they’ve really taught me is that in order for those days to be the most rewarding, I have to be disciplined outside of the studio. I couldn’t recommend this studio more. They’re a great team with so much good energy! Can’t wait to get back in there and also see their business grow!

I cannot say enough great things about TFC! I’ve known one of the owners Dominic for a while and he is amazing. When I approached him about setting up a personal trainer for my daughter he was very professional and wanted to know all about her so he could connect her with a great fit. She has currently been with Jupi, one of the many amazing personal trainers at TFC, and he has been absolutely amazing for her. TFC truly cares about their clients and often checks in with me to see how everything is going with my daughter. I really appreciate how professional and personal they are there!

I have been going to TFC for a year now and absolutely love it there. Abbey is a knowledgeable, experienced trainer that knows when and where to push or pull back. The moment you walk in, Dom & Jay sincerely want to know how you’re doing and what you’re up to. The facility has the right mix of equipment and is very clean & well maintained. I don’t feel overwhelmed when I walk in as I have in other gyms. I truly enjoy going to TFC every opportunity I can.

Excellent, professional strength training provided by skilled trainers. Trainers are highly sensitive to craft a safe an effective programs based on individual needs. Injury prevention and healthy aging are a primary focus. Highly recommend Total Fitness for strength training leading to increased quality in longevity.

TFC is the friendliest gym you will ever walk into! Here you will find the most supportive group of trainers. The trainers all have there own way of pushing you and helping you reach your goals. If you are looking for 1 on 1 training or small group, this is the place to be!!

I was pretty nervous at first but Samantha built a custom plan and pushed me every session. She offers a wide array of knowledge and skills for every level of fitness. In less than a year, I was hitting new PRs. All the staff is super friendly and personable! Wish I could have continue there (but moved).

Dom and Jay run an amazing gym that feels like a family. I worked out here over summer before heading back to school to play a D1 sport and they prepared me so well. I loved working out with Samantha and would recommend her to anyone looking to achieve their physical fitness goals.
