I have been training here for some time now and I can say, hands down, this gym has the best atmosphere and trainers. It feels like family and the workouts are so effective. No matter your level, there’s something for you. I will always praise this gym and the trainers! The absolute best out there.

I joined TFC 9 months ago. I've had an excellent experience. I have one primary trainer but have trained with other trainers as well. Everyone is very friendly and it feels like I'm part of a family. It is extremely clean and a very well run business. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for personalized training and a great experience!

After meeting with Dominic, one of the owners, to discuss my goals I was paired with Michelle. She’s awesome and I would definitely recommend her. She listens and takes everything you say into consideration whether it be goals or health problems to work around. I feel like I’m also being adequately prepared to take what I’m learning and apply it for the rest of my life. Things like proper form, listening to your body, and how to push yourself in a healthy way. The gym definitely gets busy at times but everyone is very nice. I feel welcome here!

I love working out at Total Fitness Colorado. I’ve been training with Michelle and Scott who are both very knowledgeable and motivating. My workouts have been challenging and I’ve seen the progress that I was looking for. The trainers really listen to ones needs. The atmosphere is a positive supportive staff, everyone there makes you feel special (like family). I’m excited and look forward to being there to better myself. Thanks to the owners for providing such a great experience!

I’m on my 5th session with Michelle and am SUPER impressed with the quality service provided by Total Fitness so far! I’m new to strength training and felt a little intimidated to get started as a beginner. Both the owner (Dom) and Michelle have made me feel very welcome and comfortable and have been great about communicating with me about my experience and needs. I’m a newly diagnosed T1 diabetic and Michelle has been mindful and supportive of my target HR zone during sets to avoid glucose spikes. This really means a lot to me as I’m still going through the trial and error of navigating glycemic control with relation to new workout types. Very excited to keep coming back and keep working towards my health goals!

I’ve been working out at Total Fitness for the past 4 months. I am amazed by how strong I have gotten in that timeframe. I am lifting weight I never thought I could lift. I love my personal trainer, Scott. He is so knowledgeable and supportive of my journey to strength and weight loss. Everyone at this gym is so nice and encouraging. I have never felt more comfortable at a gym. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to TFC for about 6 months training every other week, on top of going to the gym 3-5 times a week. My trainer Bill is fantastic and has taught me a lot about lifting weights and the diet needed to build muscle. He is extremely knowledgeable and the staff are all very friendly. I cannot recomend TFC enough.

I’ve been going to Total Fitness for a couple of months now. Edward is an amazing trainer and is genuinely the kindest person on this planet. Everyone at the gym is so welcoming and supportive. After multiple hip surgeries and the stress of a 9-5+ job I wanted to get back to my old self. I feel better, I feel stronger and I couldn’t be happier.

I have been working out at TFC for over a year and a half now and they are amazing. I was looking for a small personal training gym before my wedding in 2002 and found exactly that. All of the trainers have lots of experience and cater to everyone’s needs. I cannot recommend them enough!
