Always clean, the workers are really friendly and always greet me, when there is a machine out of order or something broken it gets fixed really quickly. The locker rooms and bathrooms are always clean.

Edit to add. They seem to think I wandered into a class. No. Inset an appointment for the trainer for one on one time. And he did not help me with what I asked.Can't seem to find any paper towels on the floor to wipe down stuff, and the trainer here only listens to himself. If you ask for questions about weight lifting as a woman, he will start trying to get you to do cardio and plank exercises instead. Very disheartening when I came here to learn how to lift properly and move onto a real gym.

The Staff at the Urbana location gossip about members to other members and even pulled up my account and shared my personal information with another member without my knowledge or permission. Found this out through a court order. Spoke with manager and cancelled my membership. Do not trust this facility with your personal information, apparently the staff can share your information with whomever they please. Bad business practice, is this legal?

Some of the crdio machines are a little too close. Little small, but has a really nice Black Card Spa area!! Staff are friendly!

The facility is always clean. The staff is friendly. A variety of people use the facility in their efforts to maintain physical fitness - from older teenagers to very senior citizens.

Be aware of the training you will get at this gym. I was trusting the person training me but he got my shoulder injured. I have not been able to go back to gym since the start of this year. My shoulder hurts bad even if I sleep on that side.
