The staff is always super nice, the place is very clean, and the massage chairs are amazing. I was hesitant about getting a gym membership but after seeing the reviews on this PF, I decided to get one. Been coming here a month and I love it.

This used to be my home club until I moved out of state. I went back there when I visited Urbana a couple of weeks ago. It is a small gym but clean and the staff is great. I especially love Amanda with her easy going attitude. Keep it up guys and girls.

I'm not a fan of where this Planet Fitness is located. At all. But, the facility is nice in that they seem to have newer machines. The interior is clean and well maintained. Also, the employees are very nice and helpful with whatever you need.

was offered a job at the Urbana location manager tried to under pay me baserd on my skin color...i would not reccomend joining this branch

Mask policy too extreme now. It made sense at first but now they want you doing it while you exercise. So rip if you want to work out in any intense sort of way. I recommend not going here until that's changed. That is all.

It's a great gym. Staff is always friendly only downfall is having to wear a mask during exercises. Hard for me to breathe while running with it on but other than that I would recommend!!

I spoke with manager Amanda twice on the phone about a job listing she had listed she called my phone invited me for an interview after her phone screening.... I arrive to interview upon meeting me tried to offer me less money than she has posted or her listing and after Admitting she didn’t knownillinois minimum wage I didn’t accept the job offer because I believe skin color played a huge part in the pay reduction other than she has posted and reposted after I left... also I’m a US Navy Veteran I’m just appalled that this happened and would definitely like to go corporate

The Urbana facility is always clean, has friendly, helpful staff and is never over-crowded. I can always get on a machine or to the weight area. The only downfall is not enough room for stretching. Would love to see more room for this.
