Signed up 3 family members with different levels of memberships, and was told we can change the membership after 30 days if we wanted to select different plan that fit our needs. My wife is recovering from back surgery, and the classes were too much to handle, so after 30 days when I went to add another family member, and downgrade 2 others to the basic package, they said it was $50 to change one and $100 to downgrade the other. They already conveniently signed up my 4th family member before disclosing the fees and then refused to cancel that membership. The salesperson was pleasant, but who ever he called wasn't flexible at all. I wouldn't have signed up a 4th membership if I knew there were the other hidden fees. You sign a signature pad without seeing the contract, so I hope this helps someone else in the future, because the upsell to a premium membership lacked full disclosure of change fees. Overall, I have enjoyed the gym for cardio, but it's typically crowded if you want to use weights.

I've been a member of EOS Fitness for quite some time now, and I've generally had positive experiences at their facilities. However, I am compelled to write this review due to an ongoing issue that has left me quite dissatisfied. For almost 2 months, the sauna at the Ray & Cooper location has been out of service. It's disheartening to see the lack of attention this matter has received from the staff. The standard response has been that "new coils will be installed next week," but that promise was made more than a month ago, and there seems to be no tangible progress. The sauna is an essential part of the amenities that members like myself look forward to utilizing. Its continued unavailability reflects poorly on the management's responsiveness and commitment to maintaining the facility's standards.I hope that EOS Fitness takes this feedback seriously and addresses this issue promptly. While I have generally enjoyed my time as a member, this prolonged lack of action has been disappointing. I believe in the potential of EOS Fitness to provide a quality experience, and I hope to see improvements in addressing such issues in the future.

I had a great experience with Chris at the front desk via phone.I called in bc my app wasn’t allowing me to sign up and I wanted the benefit of having a bar code . I call my local EŌS and Chris answered. He had the patience to walk me through signing up while providing information and details along the way.Sometimes it’s the user and not the app. Thanks Chris for teaching me that patience is key when dealing with these type of things. I’m happy to know I can rely on my local EōS to provide such great service when I’ve run out of it.Give Chris a raise!!!

I was charged twice in one month only to find out that I had two memberships. I was told that I could not get a refund even though there is one contract and I applied online.

Planet Fitness at Vasa or Mountain prices! After I was overwhelmed by the massive chlorine smell upon entering the door, I requested a 7 day trial to which the guy behind the counter responded, "Well today is your lucky day cause we have a $1 joining fee." I resisted the temptation to mention that every day must be lucky for me.After I entered my personal contact information in their little counter laptop, I was told to have a seat and wait for someone to help me. Last I knew, I didn't require help to use gym equipment, so when the young girls who entered their info on the laptop after me were immediately ushered in on their own recognizances, I took it upon myself to end my wait and investigate the place. Here's what I noticed:1. The equipment is way too close together.2. There is no dedicated space for free weights (i.e. serious lifters).3. All the TV's are set to some Eos advertising channel.4.While there is a cardio theater with working machines, there is no movie playing.5. All the lights are harsh fluorescent.6. The equipment, floor, and overall area appear grungy and old.7. No massage chairsWhile I understand gyms are in the business of making money, they should also be in the business of providing facilities and equipment that allow patrons to reach their ultimate fitness goals. Clearly, Eos is not interested in this as most consistent gym goers would most certainly hit an unbreakable plateau before they could truly benefit from all that weightlifting and/or strength training could provide.

Great gym for the price. 3 stars because if a machine is broken it takes forever to get it fixed. Also The sauna has been broke for the last 2 weeks. No one know when it will be repaired on site. Do they not update the staff regarding these things?
