Was a member since it opened, and saw a gym rapidly decline. Final straw was when a hyper masculine meat head slammed weights at my feet. This place is filthy, and filled with dudes that count out their reps out loud/slam weights, people singing with their head phones on, and zero cleanliness. You literally are better off working out at home…trust. Read the reviews. This place should clean house, or close.

DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS LOCATION!!!!The reps give out misleading information and make you sign up for memberships that you cannot back out of when facing a financial hardship! Nor can they help you with cancellation on a personal trainer! I set up payment arrangements to prevent an account being sent to a collection agency, well thats what I thought it was it turns out it’s a payment arrangement for a personal trainer! Even though I told the rep (DJ) that I did not want the personal trainer he advised I would not be paying on it nor would re sign up for one. Well turns out they fraudulently signed me up for one and am paying on it the manager at this location Kortnie was also no help and has a very condescending attitude towards people who want to cancel there membership/personal trainer.

I called EOS a month ago and asked the young man to downgrade my membership to the basic membership. After placing me on hold, he advised my membership had been downgraded. I wasn’t feeling very confident that this kid did what he said so I called back a few days later and spoke with another young man who confirmed for me that my membership was downgraded. Four weeks later, I noticed my bank statement that I was charged for the upgraded membership so I called back and asked about it. This time calling a different location after many failed attempts of reaching my locations EOS. I spoke with another young man who told me my membership was never downgraded and if that’s what I wanted to do, I would have to pay $50 to downgrade. This obviously was never mentioned to me. I emailed the district operations manager, Lona Ness, who said she’ll look into it and two weeks later I have not heard anything. Shocker. I will never be a member of this horrible gym again. Worst staff of all time.

I was visiting from Seattle and wanted to get in an olympic lifting session, snatch and cleans. Chose this eos as they have 4 platforms and competition bumper plates. The platforms were busy but I only had to wait a couple minutes to get my session in. No one complained about drops in that section. Bars had decent spin and knurling, I think they were PB brand.I also felt like their racks were rock solid, hammer strength brand. They also had a great turf section with a sled, heavy ropes, tire flip machine. Lots of options for athletic training. Equipment was well used but well maintained. Staff was friendly and didn't try to up-sell me.I'd gladly return to this gym in the future.

This EOS location has plenty of parking even when I go at rush hour. The staff are always nice. The facility is clean. The machines are not broken & when they do break, they are fixed quickly. Locker rooms have plenty of lockers available. My favorite is the dry sauna & the movie room. The movie room has cardio machines, it's dark and a good movie is playing on the theater screen. I sometimes forget I'm working out.

Great gym, I love all the different opportunities they offer including classes, movie theater, swimming pool, and much more. Every employee I've ever come across as always been very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a gym, look no further (3 years ago)

New to AZ. Looking to join a gym for our daily gym use. Signed up for a 7 day pass here. Got called/harassed every single day 3 times a day getting pressured to join the gym before we even had a chance to complete the 7day pass. Then got a call from a Very rude general manager, Ray. Hung up on me twice, he was Very angry I didn’t sign up for membership on the spot and threatened to cancel the pass. We will NOT Be joining this location. Highly disgusting that this is the way their general manager treats people.

This is the best gym ever. I been to many gym but this gym is incomparable. Everything is clean and organized. Every stuff are very friendly and helpful. Specially the new manager Zach is very friendly and helpful. I needed someone spot me on bench press; he offered me his help. He was spending his spare time on the floor getting to know people and organizing. As well as asking people their input to make this gym more better. You guys are doing great; all i ask just keep up what you guys are doing. Specially Zach keep up your good and hard work.

Geez I originally had a 5 star review up but I recently had a really bad interaction with EOS fitness. I used to go with all my friends but I recently started a new job and wasn't able to go anymore. I had completely forgotten about the membership. Out of the blue an employee called me and told me I had to renew my membership or else they would send me to collections. I paid the renewal fee because it was better than having to pay whatever it was that I owed from the contract. About a few weeks later, today, I get a call from collections saying that I owe $208 and that it was about to report to my credit. The EOS contract or whatever it is they make you sign in the beginning is extremely predatory. My friends all switched to VASA fitness because it's cheaper, they have more equipment, and it's less packed and I think I'm going too as well when I have the time again. I'd just like to clarify that the staff at EOS are super friendly and I've had nothing but great interactions with them. It's just the fact that my friends have had a really hard time cancelling their memberships and that I've been kind of swindled by this whole renewal / collections thing.
