Kourtney the personal training manager made my entire experience a disaster here at EOS. She never fixed my issue with my personal training account. I paused my training but I still kept getting charged and she would then blame finances. I am no longer in the US so before I left I cancelled my membership. I spoke to her about it and guess what I’m still getting charged every month so I had to keep calling but nothing happens. I never got any refund that was promised to me. She can’t do her job well.

This review is for the staff only. I just signed up yesterday on the website. I received a call a couple hours later from them asking about setting me up with a personal trainer to help me with my goals. I told him that this wasn’t necessary, I have working out for quite awhile and was only switching gyms. I could tell this irritated him and all I got was a “ok” and hung up. Not a great first impression from the staff but good thing I’m not going for the staff interaction.

Cancelled membership last April and continue to be billed. Ive contacted the branch once a month for resolution with no resolve. Now that I’ve elevated the issue the response is “billing policy says we can give you three months back and were not interested in back and forth” get these people some training.

It’s been months since they closed the basketball room and put a note on the door ‘under maintenance’ even though nothing is happening. No one knows anything why it is closed, when it will be open, what the plan is. All they say is “I am sorry about that”. How come nobody onsite knows anything about it? Terrible communication.

Love the convenience of this place as I frequent at least 3-5 X a week. It's my happy place. Staff is wonderful and friendly most of the time. Only complaint is about the sauna not being hot enough. Besides that this place is amazing.

I spoke with someone to cancel my gym membership on September 15th. I was told that I would get charged one more time on September 17th. I was charged again on October 17th. I called and they told me they didn't have any records of me canceling my membership. INCOMPETENT.

I'm very disgruntled with this EOS.It's right around the corner from my house so it's my preferred gym. But the management has refused to fix broken machines(multiple) or put up the cushions in the basketball court so it's been closed for months

I was depressed, miserable & wanted change. I thought a gym membership would help me feel better about myself. I got a walk through by some guy that was awesome & then he introduced me to Emily. Emily began asking me questions about why I wanted the membership & what was I wanting to obtain from it. Okay =/ Then she asked me when was the last time I had structure in my life. I explained that I just wanted a gym membership & she started laughing at me. And asked me the same question several times. I then said what do you do if ppl don't want to answer all this & they just want a membership. And she told me that she would tell them to go home & started laughing harder. I do not have a home. Is that supposed to matter, when I pay for a membership? Like everyone else? Then she started telling me about how half the body builders are doing everything wrong. And there diets were poor. And they work too much. I would like to cancel my membership to EoS endefinetly. I will never recommend this gym to anyone. This is the last place anyone needs to go & give money to feel like you're less than a person.

The gym stinks. Literally. Showers and bathrooms were dirty. 2nd time I've been in and it was in the same condition. Will not return to this location.And left my water flask by accident..called but someone already jacked it...there goes 36$🥺 …

Do not do the free trial unless you're planning on getting a membership. I tried it, canceled within the first 5 days, was told I was not going to get charged, and then still got charged. When I called after I found out to get my money back, they said the girl I need to talk to was busy, but she would call me back in 30 minutes to an hour. 2 hours roll by, no call. I call back, she's busy, but she's "finishing up and will call" me in a few minutes. 1 hour later, no call, I call again, same conversation. 1.5 hours later, I call, no answer. I havent tried since, but it's been over 7 hours since my first call and I'm still waiting. I doubt a call is even coming. I am incredibly upset, especially because I work overnight and I don't have time to wait around for 7 hours+ for a phone call that is never going to come.Just workout somewhere else.
