Salvador was super helpful. I got a great tour and explanation of my options. They were no pressure, listened to my goals, respected my desicions, and wanted to be sure I got the best value for what I wanted out of my membership. The gym has a lot to offer and is very clean.

They refuse to cancel my completed personal trainer contract. you call them and request to speak to a manager, and they assure you you will be called back. I call all the time and am still being fraudulently charged for a service I didn't use in the first place. The gym amenities themselves are nice and the people who go there are not judgy. there's just absolutely zero customer service or accountability. I will be cancelling my membership and attempt to get my credit card to block all transactions from here, since they're so adamant on continuing to charge hundreds of dollars a month despite my pleading for them to stop. I can't afford this stuff man.

I've been coming here for the last year. For weightlifting this gym is almost always very crowded. Basically the only time you can go without having to wait for machines or benches is a small window between 1130am and 1:30pm. Or after 9pm.If you can schedule your workouts during these times it is adequate. Otherwise you will be competing for the machines/benches with lots of high school kids that take their time (socializing and not exercising in a timely manner).

Never a bad experience, Eos on Cooper and Ray has the nicest, most helpful staff ever. Love this gym.

Not my normal gym location, but it was nice for the time I went on my visit. I am still a fan of my EōS Fitness person personally, but if I am in the area again, I wouldn't mind going here again.

Frauds... i was told to try personal trainer when i signed up. They clearly said i could try 3 or 4 sessions and freeze the account if i dont like. After freezing, now they charged $628 as they actuvated it again without my consent. Extremely bad cuetomer service ......very very dissapointed.

Edit to add - They just called and canceled Kids Club for the second Saturday in a row. If you need to use the Kids Club, I would go to another gym because EOS's kids club is unreliable. My husband and I love the classes (Body Pump, Body Combat, EOS Cycle, and BeatBoss cycle) and class instructors at this gym. I can only give this gym 2 stars because of the inadequate childcare. First, they no longer offer childcare on Sundays despite offering classes. Parents who work full time can only utilize the kids club on Saturdays if they prefer to work out on weekends. My husband and I like to take the 10:15am BodyPump class on Sundays and we now have to take turns so that one of us can stay home with our child. Second, on at least 2 occasions, they closed childcare due to lack of staffing. For example, I got a call today at 8:08am to tell me that I can't bring my child for my 8:30am reservation. Third, the reservation system is ridiculous. If you don't book a reservation by 6-7am the day before you want to bring your child, you likely won't get a spot. Fourth, we have raised our concerns with local and corporate management with no resolution. I really hate to write this negative review but I feel that parents need to know what they're getting into if they sign up for a membership at this gym and pay for the kids club.
