After many emails and phone calls to the club, district manager, pt manager and member services not one person will help me cancel my contract even though I was within the 3 day period stated in my contract and well within the "free 30 trial".They take your money quickly, then duck you after that.Horrible customer service.

Wow, The staff are fabulous and the new Operations manager is friendly and nice. I came in for my workout and saw him and the staff cleaning and keeping the gym clean. Thank you for keeping it clean and a friendly atmosphere! I also noticed the lockers were fixed in the mens bathroom after we chatted about them! Thanks Fransico

The facility itself is fantastic. The reason for my low review is that half of the people in the gym are not wearing masks and the well posted mandate is not being enforced. I've asked the people around me to pull up their masks and have been rudely dismissed and ignored by members. If you require masks, then you must enforce it. Start ejecting these selfish/rude/ignorant people immediately. First offense, they need to leave. If they're not willing to comply, they're not welcome to use the facility should be the hard rule. Your website details this exact sentiment. Perhaps there needs to be a dedicated mask police employee. How ridiculous of a thought when dealing with adults. I wanted to join this gym and was reassured that the mask policy was being enforced. It's not the case.

Location is nice but this company doesn't take cancellations seriously. It took me 8-10 months to get them to cancel my training and almost a year to get them to cancel my membership after I moved. I had to go through my bank to get my money back because they refused to refund me for all the months I continued to be charged for while trying to get them to actually cancel. I am very disappointed to have to change my review but I don't want anyone to have to go through the same irritation I had to.

I signed up for a free 7 day trail during the pandemic. 2 days before the trial ended, I called to cancel it and thought all was good. Now a month later, I see a $73.00 charge on my account. I called again and told them my situation and the girl on the phone said that there was no trace of a cancellation and that I could not get my money back. She also said that she talked to her manager and that he would send me an email stating that I would have an immediate cancellation and that they would try and refund me my money. Now, few days later, still no email or cancellation. I call again, employee said that there were no notes of any type of cancellation on my account and that due to their policy, they can’t give me my money back. In the end, he was able to immediately cancel my membership.Communication is horrible here and I am out $73.00 because of 2 people on their staff, not doing their job and the first 2 individuals did not provide me their names in the beginning. I have the call logs to prove my conversation but they didn’t want to hear that. In addition, social distancing is not a thing here and their way of “cleaning equipment” is horrible.

This EŌS location is excellent. I’ve been to several locations in the east valley and this one meets all the expectations I have for a quality gym. It’s clean, staff is friendly, and it has a large selection of machines. It looks very large on the outside but the area for cardio, free weights, and other equipment is small compared to other locations. The majority of the space is occupied by the basketball court, group fitness room, cycling studio, locker room, etc. That could be viewed as a pro or con depending on the person. Overall a very nice gym!

this eos fitness gym is always awesome!! the staff is extremely nice and helpful. the overall gym and equipment is great quality. A staff member named Francisco was very helpful and kind when I was walking into the gym to start my workout. overall i would definitely recommend coming to this gym.

Been trying to cancel my membership for financial reasons but absolutely no follow up from the gym when I’ve reached out and no word from personal trainer whose been taking my money twice a month with no follow up about scheduling appointments. I am very disappointed in this gyms professionalism and want my money back for services not used. Listen to other reviews and if you aren’t sure or just want a trial with this gym I would stay away, they’ll just milk you for all of your money even when you try to follow up with them! I have even emailed the area operations manager who comments on these reviews and she never got back to me! BEWARE!

Unfortunately, I believe this EOS could be managed better. It has a wide variety of workout equipment and other features, but I've seen too many things break down that don't get fixed in a timely manner.- The women's swimsuit centrifuge hasn't been fixed for at least 6 months (and still has a "temporarily out of order" sign on it)- The pool lost it's heater several months ago and didn't get fully fixed for 2-3 months, wow!- The temperature in the main room (where all the equipment is) is VERY warm! The staff said it was simply because the air-handling equipment isn't sufficient for cooling the room with a lot of people working out at the same time. Seriously, how could a fitness center be built with the AC unable to effectively cool the main area when people are working out??!! Why isn't ownership taking steps to actually fix this? They told me they can't do anything...Honestly, this is making me consider finding a gym where the temperature doesn't get so close to 80.

Love this gym! Super close to home so I get to ride my bike and enjoy the morning weather. The child care is phenomenal; the ladies are just the sweetest to my little girl. The people at the front reception are so welcoming and I’m happy with the steps they’re taking to ensure a clean workout space for everyone.
