This is a very mediocre gym with pretty wrapping paper. If you have membership or billing issues, they won't help or waive incorrect costs. It's just another cheap gym with a big ego.

Worst branch ever when it comes to membership cancellation ! Make sure you go on-site if you ever want to cancel your membership , I call every month to cancel my membership & they tell me I should be good just to get changed again the next month. This kept going for 4 months straight . And at the end they said “ we can’t help you “Great scammers !!!

Currently, I’m a member at Mountainside. I recently moved to Chandler and haven’t been to any EOS in 5+ years. I saw they had a weekly trial and was excited to check the place out! I went in with 100% confidence of getting a membership contingent it was anything similar to the EOS in Tempe which I was a member of while in college at ASU. Unfortunately, because I was a previous EOS member (different club 5+ years ago) the young manager would not allow me to have a weekly trial, nor a day trial, and not even a tour! I was shocked by the poor customer service. Im confident that if I had at least had a tour or day trial I would have became a member. Sorry, I’m not going to become a customer without seeing the gym.

I signed up for the membership which I only goes once a week I know that. My card having an issue where they just randomly took my money. When i come to asked what’s the problem is, they told me they couldn’t find my bank account but knowing that they been taking money and don’t refund it. so just letting you guys before signing up for their membership.

Their software for cancelling membership is BS. Told me it was cancelled in September and my membership would last till the last billing period of October. charged me again the end of October. Haven’t used their services in over 2 months. They say they have a “30 day” processing system, which gives them the right to charge again. That’s theft… and I cancelled way before the date of 25 of September, which is longer than 30 days. I recommend planet fitness if you plan on trying gyms out. They don’t have the hassle of canceling your membership on the spot and charging again for a service you don’t even use.

YOU ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER AND WE WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BBB***Son canceled services, physically went into the location to cancel. They tried to charge him again. He tried to contact the facility and of course the trainer is busy everytime he has called about it and never gets a return call. He no longer lives near a facility and reported the charges as fraudulent through his bank. Both Heather Williams and Lona were emailed over a week ago and refuse to contact him back. Shady customer service. Do not get a membership here, save yourself a headache.

Basketball gym has been out of commission for 2 months and counting which was one of the main reasons I joined. No date can be given for when it will re open and all thats needed is a pad behind the hoop. Pretty disappointing 😞 …

Called and ended my membership on July 29th at 638 pm, was told over the phone by a male employee that my membership was canceled and that I would not be charged any further but was able to continue to use the gym for the rest of the pay cycle. Fast forward to today, I look at my account and they have continued charging me for the last few months. Call and talk to them about this and they tell me there's nothing I can do about it and will not refund my money for this inconvenience. Absolutely horrible gym. This is the second chance I gave them after they screwed me and my family over for the first membership we had. Will not use this gym any further. Especially after I told an employee that people were vaping in the gym while lifting and the employee told me to just ignore it. Plenty of other review sites I'll be going to about this location.

I go to Eos for the classes, mostly, as they are great for cardio. The staff is all friendly. The instructors are all high energy and fun as are their classes. I was a member a couple of years ago and rejoined this summer when they offered a $1 join special. It was a great decision. I do lift weights there from time to time and the equipment is clean in good order.

It's good gym lots of equipment lots of free weights, but it gets way too crowded during the day for my taste. Some of the cardio machines look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks also.
