Crunch Fitness - Ballantyne

Be aware of the membership cancellation.I have not used Crunch fromMany months and I understand they have to charge me because I have a contract. No problem. But I have to relocate to different city due to Job and moved already. I called to the location and asked to cancel my annual membership, they have asked me to come in person or write a letter (not email). Or else they are going to renew my membership and No online cancellation allowed here. Now I have to find a way to write a letter and post it. I don’t think so I ll be able to do anytime sooner due to the accessibility issues. I feel this is an Amazing trick to loot the money.

This gym don't even deserve a 1 star, they over charge you, make you pay annual fees, monthly fees and 90 day fees, without explaining properly, and I wasn't even a member for 1 month. The girl that signed me up was very rude when I called to cancel, and never explained to me the extra charges. The gym is dirty, bathroom is dirty. There's not many machines. And I can go on. It's frustrating to deal with these people over the phone and they won't definitely take care of the customers.Other gyms are way less expensive and offer cleanliness above all.Stay away from this place if you can!

Great gym! I love the clean equipment.EDIT: I hate that I had to leave this gym. It’s entirely too crowded now. I understand they absorbed a closed gym’s members, but this is ridiculous. Equipment is getting broken all the time and cleanliness has decreased. The gym is always packed, making it hard for busy people to get a quick workout in. People sit around on machines and at the squat racks just talking. I understand they want to increase profit, but they have lost control of the culture. This doesn’t bode well for any gym, no matter how nice the equipment is.

Got transferred to this gym although I had already canceled with fitness connection and got NO NOTICE of this until I decided to look at my back account. Went in to cancel my membership because I never even had the choice to deny to join this gym only for me to get charged AGAIN. I had e-mailed them to ask if the cancellation went though days before getting charged again only for them not reply of course. 0/10 management skills. Talked to someone again on the 7th of January to cancel this membership and still have not heard back!

Guys,Please be aware that for any promotional offer provided by them check many times for their terms and conditions, I cancelled membership for my wife in May 22 and still getting money deducted every month. When I checked they said sorry you are in one year contract. They did not tell anything while cancelling this, what kind of mislead is that ? She did not go to gym a single day after May 22 thinking that her membership is cancelled. This is a kind of paying them for a year without using their facility.Is not kind of cheating customers ?Providing offers to customers without providing details to them ?

I recently switched from another gym (I dare not say the name due to it leaving bad memories) and I’m so glad I did. The equipment seems to be new and it is always super clean. I had the opportunity to meet some of the trainers, and they all seem like lovely people who are willing to help. The management there seems like they know what they are doing. Yoy won’t be disappointed by switching, i sure know I’m not. Trust me, make the gains and make the switch.

Amber, Emily and Sarah are absolutely amazing! Every single time I’m in town visiting I’m sure to drop in to work up a great sweat! Love it here 10/10!

Love working out at Crunch, the staff here are so great! The gym is always clean and trainers are so nice! Can’t say enough great things!

Amazing gym! Great facility with tons of equipment, great classes/instructors and great trainers. All for an amazing price!!! Can't beat it, best gym around.

Guys! Just signed up and I’m really enjoying this amazing experience. This gym isn’t crowed, and the associates here are more than friendly. I recommend this gym to all.
