Crunch Fitness - Ballantyne offers a comprehensive range of equipment and classes, making it a popular choice for fitness enthusiasts. It features numerous machines, squat racks, and barbell racks. The gym also has a selection of popular HIIT classes, with instructors like Sara K. and Debora C. highly praised for their motivating sessions. Dope gym. Pretty crowded but that’s cool. only issue would be that the men’s sauna keep going out of service. Over all, great place

I do not recommend...canceled my membership back in 2019 owing nothing. In 2020 I get a statement saying i owed so i call to see why. They assured me it was a glitch in the computer and alot of people were billed unknowingly. I was told i had nothing to worry about and I was in good standing. now I happen to check my credit report and they have sent my account to collections and no one can help me!Just warning you!

Overall, Crunch Fitness in Ballantyne is a nice and clean gym. However, if I could give a recommendation, it would be to the instructor (KD) teaching The Ride classes. She is a really nice and friendly instructor but the music selection is REALLY bad. I am not sure if the music is selected by the instructors or gym management, but it is very difficult to get into the rhythm of spinning and RPM while listening to some cheesy love rock/pop music. The class gets boring fast as cycling is intense and fast-paced, so Electronic Dance Music/Techno/Hip Hop/Rap music seems to the best fit for this type of exercise... not Taylor Swift 😬

I will not ever be returning to this gym or any other crunch after the treatment I received while canceling my gym membership. I was only a member for a month and I did not like how incredibly crowded it was and decided I wanted to go somewhere else. I was honest when the employee ( pretty sure he was the manager) asked why I was canceling and he was extremely condescending to me telling me “ good luck trying to find another gym with as many platforms as us”. I’d rather pay more monthly for better customer service, more equipment available to use and parking availability.

In from out of town and wanted to see what they were all about. The equipment selection was very impressive. The staff overall is friendly but too pushy trying to get you to sign up. I was very clear about my intent and immediately lost my interest when the GM asked "why I wouldn't sign up today".

I am a victim. You will be thinking that the monthly cost is $10, but $15You will be thinking that, there is no Annual fee, but $50They will change $15 as exit fee to keep you away from this premise for ever. They have changed another $15 after the cancellation. I have to check with them.

great gym, the equipment is clean and modern and the few times ive been here it’s never been too crowded or long of a wait. the staff is also great and the manager, jeff, is both friendly and accommodating.

machines and equipment are very nice, but it seems to be busy almost every time i have tried to go. They only have 3 standard bench presses so they are always in use. Makes it really hard to want to work out when it’s always busy.

My friend was called in for an interview for an open job listing. At the start of the interview my friend noted the job they were interested in interviewing for. The management continued on with the interview, only to reveal that the position had already been filled and tried to offer a position that my friend was overqualified for. This is not a transparent or professional way to carry out business and looks very shady! It is not okay to waste others’ time under the guise of not being truthful and transparent!

ATTENTION: POTENTIAL MEMBERS BEWARE!!!!! There's probably no better word to describe this place than "SCAMMER". I joined via phone with sales person: Joseph Caridi. Be careful with this guy as he would promise big and flexibility to get you join the gym. There is no flexibility and everything that is agreed over the phone and noted in the system means absolutely nothing. And the general manager, Jeff, is even worse. When I came and had disagreement over what Joseph promised when signing me up, he basically said "I am the GENERAL MANAGER, I can overwrite anything. My employee would not do that and if they did I would overwrite." When I insisted, at one point he even raised his voice reiterating his position. Wow, of course he can treat a customer like that, because he is the GM - most powerful guy - of an OVERCROWDED gym. He probably thinks he doesn't need customer service, new customers keep coming anyway. And he clearly understands his position that I was in a losing position due to company policy that once you join you're hooked for 3 months of membership fee plus annual fee, no refunds. Be very careful about the business model with a short term mindset like that. I am wondering how many members have felt the same - absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and RUDE. Hope this would provide some insight to potential and existing members into the management of this, again, overcrowded place. Join another gym such as PF, it's more peaceful and a lot of customer service there!
