Crunch Fitness - Ballantyne offers a comprehensive range of equipment and classes, making it a popular choice for fitness enthusiasts. It features numerous machines, squat racks, and barbell racks. The gym also has a selection of popular HIIT classes, with instructors like Sara K. and Debora C. highly praised for their motivating sessions. The membership is priced competitively, at $9.99 a month, which appeals to many users.

Cleanliness and equipment maintenance also seem to be recurring concerns.

Amazing classes and instructors at Crunch Fitness Ballantyne. This is my 4th gym in 5 years and Crunch is by far the best. I am a regular at all or most of the classes. These classes push me to my max and I look forward to going each morning. Kristy B. and Angie Miller are by far my favorites.

I love going to crunch!! Debora C runs THE best dance to hit class, I wish it was longer than 30 minutes because it goes by so fast.

My coach cancelled my personal training session constantly. I understand she has personal issues but I would like to have regular training. So,I cancelled my membership. But, several weeks after I cancelled my membership I still got $1200 charges on my credit card. I don’t know why and very annoyed.

The main reason I haven’t cancelled my membership is because of Debora C.’s Barre Bootcamp and Dance to HIIT classes. These classes have been the most fun way for me to stay active during the week! I love her instruction and no matter what, she’s always in a motivating and energetic mood. The sauna can only comfortably fit about 5-7 people at a time, but it’s decent. And the hydro massage chairs are cool.I would be more inclined to utilize the rest of the gym if 1) it were larger and less crowded (there’s always so many people in the evening) and 2) if it didnt smell so bad in there. Not sure if the gym needs a better air filtration system or what, but it’s always stuffy and smelly in there 🥴

This is one of the coolest gyms with the most equipment I’ve seen. There’s like 10 barbell racks which I awesome. However, when you join you are pressured into doing a class for $10. Which is fine. The trainers need to do their job. However, what is not fine when you agree to do a few more sessions with a personal trainer and are lied to about the conditions of the contract. I signed up for the lowest number of training sessions (once a week) and only wanted to do a couple of sessions. I was told that would not be a problem. I had no idea I was signing up for an 8-week contract. When asked to cancel the trainer said that we could do it. However when I actually go to cancel with the manager he explained that I signed an 8 week contract. I was completely unaware these were the terms of the contract. On top of that I was told there would be a 10 day cancellation policy. Which I guess is true but it’s 10 days to cancel the next 8 weeks of personal training. It’s no exaggeration to say I was completely misled and lied to to get a few hundred dollars out of my bank account.

I love this gym!I’ve been coming here since before the remodeling was done and I love it even more now. More machines and squat racks than any other gym near by, I can see why its always packed. Only $9.99 a month. Staff is welcoming for the most part, and every member I have encountered has been kind.

Jay was very helpful explaining what kind of equipment the gym has, the membership options and other Crunch gyms in the area.

Do like this commercial gym compared to the others I've been to, but a huge issue for me is parking.
