You can't know how much fun or what good quality the workout is with personal training at True 180 unless you EXPERIENCE it. You must try it. Reading about True 180 is like reading how to ski. You have to do it to appreciate the quality of the experience.

I have many times used Type I diabetes as an excuse not to exercise as fluctuating numbers were frustrating. Coupled with past and current shoulder issues and much job-related travel completing the picture that had me over 30-40 lbs overweight making it difficult to do things which were always easier when I was younger. Working with Josef and Greg at True 180 has shown me how to safely work out and adapt. While I do have setbacks on occasion I have lost 25 lbs and am stronger than I’ve ever been. I love joining friends in my age group for workouts and am proud of my accomplishments.

Josef, Gregory and Natillie run a great gym! They are committed to helping you be successful, attentive to accommodations needed, and "push" you just enough. Do you need trainers who meet you where you are? Or pick you up when you "fall off the wagon?" And the creativity they've shown during 2020 is incredible. My workouts are via ZOOM now and just as challenging as being in the studio. I love not having to think about what I'm going to do; no workout is ever the same (which means I don't get bored). All the women who train there also encourage each other at the sessions. I highly recommend True 180 in Ballantyne! Do this for yourself now!

The trainers adapt each workout for where you are on your fitness journey. At True180 I am challenged, encouraged, and always look forward to my next workout. I’m completing exercises now I’ve never been able to do before and seeing results. I highly recommend True180!

I have been going to True 180 for almost 2 years. The trainers are awesome and challenge you while respecting limitations (injuries). The ladies are friendly and of varying fitness levels so you will never feel intimidated. It’s a very supportive, fun atmosphere ad if you need accountability to ensure you work out, this is your place!

True 180 is simply amazing. I love that they meet you where you are in your fitness and help you make improvements from that point. If you have an injury or weakness they don’t tel to top “work through the pain” and they give you a workout that makes an adjustment for your injury. They are so supportive of each individual’s goals. I highly recommend them to every woman regardless of where you are in your heath journey.

I highly recommend that you at least attend one True 180 session, because, after just one session, it helps you reset your priorities regarding your health, nutrition, and overall fitness.The sessions begin with a routine warm-up to prevent injuries, followed by 6 exercises giving attention to all areas of the body, followed by a 3-minute closing cardio exercise. What I appreciate is that the trainers are there to coach and assist, but it is a stress-free environment. You can comfortably work at your own pace and push yourself to your perceived limits. The trainers also use designated apps to help you focus on your nutrition and additional workouts that you can do at home. The friendly accountability has helped me stay on track.I have lost weight, gained muscle, and have a peace of mind. Take the first step!

I absolutely love Josef, Gregory, and Natillie at True 180! They have made a huge difference in my life. After a serious illness a while back, I found it very hard to exercise. I became frustrated when activities that used to be easy became a challenge, so I always gave up. Then I found True 180. Josef and Gregory worked with my physical limitations and taught me to love exercise again! I would definitely recommend them to any woman who might need a “push” to get back in shape. If they were able to help me, they can help you too!

Love love love this gym! I’m 40 and knew it was time to start building some muscle mass and not just rely on cardio. They met me where I was athletically and now I am stronger and more toned than ever! I train 3 days a week with Greg and Josef and am well on my way to looking and feeling my best self. True180 is a new and favorite staple in my fitness journey and I love that I can make my own appointments (and change them if I need to) on the app AND can train in the gym or at home!

I started training with True 180 in December of 2017. Since then, I have gained more than my health...I gained new friends and a new outlook on life!!! True 180 is the best there is, and I’ll be a client there until my last breath!
