KHF and the team are amazing. Classes and personal training are challenging, but also a lot of fun. Training with Sarah Ham is the highlight of my week. She makes sure I’m constantly pushing myself while also being a hoot! (It definitely makes working out easier!) I would definitely recommend KHF if you’re looking for a great workout while also having fun!

This place has been a godsend for me since I returned back home from deployment. I have only been a member for less than a year and I’ve gotten back into shape. I haven’t been this in shape in a few years. The staff is friendly and has great communication. I see people of all ages and fitness levels excel at this studio. I would definitely recommend this studio for anyone.

Greaet experience. I spent time with Kyle and he was super nice and helped me figure out what I needed to do to reach my goals. The prices are very reasonable and everyone in the gym was amazingly nice and friendly. I start working out with Kyle on Monday! YAY!

5 stars from someone who has been in the fitness industry for 25+ years. These trainers are top notch! The fusion of HIIT and yoga is amazing, they use equipment the way it was designed to be used creatively. If you’re a Chattanooga Local or someone traveling through definitely worth your time to come take this class, a Private or group training session, or private yoga lessons, they definitely have it all!

This gym is awesome. The staff and instructors are awesome and wonderful people. They are so welcoming and rest assured you’ll be pushed, motivated and workout harder than you probably have before. It’s totally worth it and results speak for themselves. I’m more fit than I’ve been in over 10 years. Great facilities and always quality instruction/training. Convenient downtown location and parking also.

Where to start!?! I’ve been a part of the KHF community for almost 5 years. I take HIIT classes, yoga classes and I personal train. All I can say is this (and I’m a professional worker-outer 😂)…I’ve tried all types of fitness (Crossfit, big box gyms, franchise studios, etc) and I have never experienced a more welcoming, motivating and healthy fitness environment as I have with KHF. They helped me reach my personal fitness goals (over 30# and I don’t even know how many inches) and maintain them. I’m almost 49 and feel stronger than ever!All instructors and personal trainers are top notch, friendly and professional. Best of all, I have made lifelong friends at KHF. Thank you Kyle House and Kyle Miller for providing such an incredible environment for all of us. We love you!

Kyle House Fitness is the best gym I have been ever been a part of! The classes are so great and allow you to go at your own pace while still challenging you. The instructors are all so amazing and kind. I also do personal training once a week, which has allowed me to focus on good form and to set some fun, attainable goals for myself that my trainer has helped me see through! I cannot recommend this gym enough for people of all ages and fitness levels!
