Kyle House Fitness quickly became my home gym! They have some of the best fitness instructors and personal trainers in town! They not only care about your experience in the studio, but also your life outside of it! One of the best gyms in the area! Up to date equipment, better than most in the area! Wait are ya waiting for, get in there!

If you are looking for a high energy, supportive community to get active with, this is THE place! The staff are trained very well and motivates me to step up to challenges. We always start class with a warm up and at the end have a cool down moment to feel grounded and take on the rest of the day. Thank you KHF staff for helping me reach my personal fitness goals!

I never leave reviews, but I feel like I have to share my experience at Kyle House Fitness. First of all, I have never really enjoyed working out. Every time I would attempt to start a new routine, I would get bored over time and eventually make any excuse possible to skip it. This year though, I was comitted to start a real fitness journey and was hitting the gym every day. I strated to see results, but they started to plateau and again, my motivation started decreasing, but I kept on going anyway. By chance, a friend of mine gave me a free pass for KHF, and after about a week of excuses I decided to give it a try. My first HIIPfit Class was Arms + ROM with Josh....and I almost passed out in a pool of sweat once the post-class cooldown started. Once I was able to gather myself and head for the exit, all of the KHF team that I had met gave me quick words of encouragement and I left with a smile on my face. I was hooked. I pushed through the initial muscle soreness and was back the next day. And the next. Since my first class, I have only missed a couple days due to conflicts. That's right, a truly intense 1 hour workout 6 days a week.I am currently in the best shape of my life. The mix of cardio, strength training, and yoga push my limits every day, and it never gets boring so I find myself looking forward to every single workout. It also makes you WANT to hydrate, WANT to eat healthy food... Like I said, I'm hooked.

So I was a little skeptical when I first started going to this gym. However, I must say I've been pleasantly surprised. I've been impressed by the intensity of the workouts and love the added element of stretching / yoga in to the routine. I've tried out many different classes / gym's and I must say this was a very unique experience and would definitely recommend it to any fitness enthusiast looking for a high intensity work out.

Kyle House Fitness has excellent classes and instructors! I am a moderately active 57 year old. The classes are very challenging to me, but I can modify and work at my own pace. There are classes at all hours of the day to accomodate a working schedule. I love the encouragement that I receive from the staff!

What an amazing experience! When I arrived my first morning, I was greeted by name. My instructor Ryn knew that I was new to the gym and took time to make sure I felt comfortable. Kyle himself welcomed me to the gym after my first class - I felt so included from the start! The workouts are so effective and provide ample variety to keep each new session interesting.
