Truly the BEST gym in Chattanooga! For the past 5 years KHF has been a part of my daily fitness routine. I love that I can easily schedule a class that fits my everchanging daily schedule and one- on- one personal train with the best of the best! Upon arrival, I am always greeted with warm and welcoming smiles from staff menders. Challenging classes with motivating instructors. I always leave sweaty and with a sense of accomplishment. Bonus, is I have made more friends then I can count. True community! can’t imagine my life without! So much gratitude to Kyle House and Kyle Miller for providing this unique, special place for our community to “Run, Lift, Flow.”

I went here once a week for a few months. I quickly saw results. Their classes are available to accommodate almost anyone's schedule. The staff is so friendly, and encouraging. They don't yell at you to go faster, lift more, they encourage you to push your self, to grow, to get stronger and healthier.

Come for the workout, stay for the community. I've enjoyed every class I've taken at KHF. It's a fun combination of yoga, running, interval training, and some days even have 1980s jazzercise vibes. The instructors bring so much positivity and motivation to the studio. Sign up for a class. Do it.

All around best gym in Chatt hands down! The group fitness classes provide great workouts with awesome and caring trainers and staff. Everything is super clean and the equipment is great. I went to KHF for the first time today and it was phenomenal! I honestly went in a little nervous because I haven’t worked out regularly in forever. The staff was so friendly, Kyle showed me around and made me feel welcome, and the class was so fun! I left feeling amazing and I can’t wait to go back.

I love working out at KHF! Great downtown location and classes are easy to book though their app. The classes are a great workout, with a mix of strength training, cardio, and yoga. And the workouts change daily--so you'll never get bored! All of the instructors are positive and high-energy!
