Nora is my "go to" for all zoom workshops. In the field of yoga she covers many diverse topics with expertise and understanding. I'd say she practices and believes in what she teaches. Nora is my favorite teacher of all times that I learn so much from.

My children did yoga all summer with Nora. She is patient, calm, relaxed, genuine, relatable, and best of all, super knowledgeable and talented. My children learned a lot from her about the importance of how the body responds under stress and what they can do to help themselves. I look forward to the day when my kids can reunite with her. Give her a try! She offers many different classes to both young and old.

I enjoy Yoga online classes here very much.. Nora has the knowledge and experience to give guidance and alternative poses where necessary due to injuries or other body limitations.
