Not bad, was clean, staff was nice, the onlyproblem I had was the massage chairs - they were limited to 5 and 7 minutes. Not the usual 10 minutes that you get at every other planetfitness. First they stop working 24 hours on the weekend, now this. Hope this doesn’t come to all locations as I specifically paid for Black Membership so I can use the chairs.

My father went and he explain to the front desk he lost his card they told him with no interest in helping he had to go on the app and scanning through app. He went on app and to register for he needed an agreement number that he never received. He asked front desk if they could help him get his agreement number and they did not help him just kept saying he needed to go on the app they were extremely rude!

guess we will have to wait 10yrs after Covid before it become 24/7 again. that was their whole shtick to begin with, being open 24hrs a day. I have 3kids and 2jobs and liked to go at 11pm or 1am while the kids sleep and I have a break at my job. kept waiting thinking they'll go back full time but the obviously have no plans to do that. canceling today

Beware of these scammers! All is fine until you try to cancel your membership. I cancelled in person and was told everything was taken care of for the next month. I go today and the cancellation has been mysteriously lost. I did not take the name of the person who didn’t cancel my membership properly so I have to pay an additional month. In hindsight, the verbal (vs written) confirmation from the worker did seem sketchy. So please note that you have to sign their cancellation form and retain it as proof so they don’t trick you until additional months of membership. I called Customer service and spoke to the management at the club as well. Buyer beware
