So I call the the customer service today for my reimbursement for freeze account for three months they keep saying different things from last week to this week, the first one says two weeks, the other customer agent says 20 days and then the manager says 30 days whose freaking saying the truth here if the reimbursement policy it’s your system then everyone in the customer service should say the same thing ...

Charged me for a membership two times when I was already a member of the gym. Had to pay close to $400.00 in iniation fees. Horrible place, a scam!!!

They just got new equipment which is nice, but they changed the layout and distribution of it and it just doesn't work, it's very tight! Thinking about switching gyms....
