Every time I call this place no one ever answers. Doesn’t matter what time it is the phones are never answered you have to drive down to speak to someone to resolve any issues you might have. Very unprofessional and inconvenient for customers. Please hire staff who isn’t lazy

Today they did not let me enter this gym and all because of a mistake that was not even mu fault and because of the terrible service of a persone they took me out for $10 dollars

Ridiculous you can't cancel the membership on the app. Almost every app service allows allow membership cancellations online. These people are just sales scammers.

Love this gymI made my switch from 24hrs fitness thinking that I was doingThe wrong thingBut after experiencing planet fitness for the first time I was convinced that I was right plenty of equipment cordial stuff clean facilities just love it

U probably need to clean your place workout space a lot more frequently than you think, but this GYM is nice & clean, by the way notice THOUGH the parking outside really needs repairs pot holes everywhere.
