Former employer so I know exactly how this place is. Mgr is completely incompetent and lazy. Completely inappropriate with her employees. Unless you consider sleeping with them ok in that case I guess that would be considered a job perk? Ever wonder what happens to the info they gather from you when you sign up? When she isn't laughing at you in the judgement free zone, she is seeing if you are dateable. Trust me you don't wanna go down that well worn hwy. Its been repaved many times over . Place literally has rats behind the desk that run across your feet on the graveyard shift . She says they are cute. Girls behind the desk pretend they don't speak Spanish when they don't want to work as well. Go to Chuze instead nice sincere employees it's cheaper and cleaner

This place is horrible to be honest. the gym and equipment is excellent however the manager Amber and her staff are not the right individuals to be employed in that gym. When I signed up none of the staff told me and my cousin we could not jump rope or bring our resistance bands. There were no rules enforced then suddenly the staff takes a personal vendetta against us. The manager Amber is one of the most unprofessional and disgusting individuals I have ever met. Its alright for her to interrupt your workout, stare/intimidate, and demonstrate inconsistency when enforcing rules among members. However when you want to talk to her and tell her that her behavior is unacceptable she will tell you that you are intimidating her and threatened you with revocation of your membership. In conclusion the staff has a sense of superiority which clearly contradicts the values of PF. I hope this review helps and save people time with this gym, and until the staff changed avoid this gym.

It really sucks. Not an open setting even though they make it look like it is. For one the membership isnt for the whole club and if you cant stick to their schedule you get boot from that area until you comeback next time.If your trying to buy a membership for lets say your son or daughter as a surprise Gift you jist cant do it at the club as they demand that your Son/ daughter is there to sign up and they said the Bank account has to be in Son/daughters nama. You cant use your own.

Horrible just became a PF Blackcard member on Thursday. Show up there the employee gives me a shirt and says he can’t give me a tour because he is the only employee at the desk , I’m like ok how many other employees could they have I asked myself! But I said to the guy ok it’s cool have a meeting to attend anyway. He said come back another day in the week I said alright will definitely come back. So here I’am now Saturday and show up for a mild workout until Monday so I can understand the equipment better. Walking I’m not greeted the young female working the counter is focused on 2 males standing around her work station flirting back and forth these guys are totally unprofessional customers with there elbows resting on the counter! You are there to workout and get healthy not POF at a PF .... This female employee didn’t say anything to me and just scanned my card and back talking with these customers. I’m like ok not a big deal at the time. So then finished working out and no soap in any of the bathroom sinks bone dry... But PF has tones of spray bottles of sanitation material and paper towels for equipment but can’t keep soap in the bathroom! I’m leaving walking to the door and I stop to tell a different female employee about the soap and she is distracted by another male customer talking about Gorilla milk or something like that and flirting also! She said to me bye have a goodnight I’m like no standing here for a reason... I said there is no soap in the bathroom she said oh ok I’ll tell someone and continue to chat with this guy customer. Like seriously Men are you that desperate to hookup with women that are working at a gym. I’m 36 widower male lost my wife in Malaysia and suffering with extreme PTSD and I’m trying to workout for my anxiety and have to see Thirsty guys distracting females from doing there job! Have customer service skills but don’t make it personal at work..... These employees are working with no supervision and management is only there on Monday-Friday what kind of system are they running here. PF you should have at least one customer relations supervisor on shift at all times or on call.

I stopped in about 4:00am to get my gym on and ready for a new day in a new state; just arrived in San Diego yesterday. Only one girl on duty and some random guy at the counter talking up her and everyone that comes in. Step into the locker room and bathroom and showers are a mess. TP everywhere and actual trash in the showers. I asked the girl up from if she was the only one on duty and she said yes, no overnight cleaner. I asked her what I could do to work out a The thigh area around my knees more, she didn’t know. I walked back to locker room and grabbed my things. On my way out she and lame guy were talking it back up again. I get it, you have to watch out for the counter. But tell that bum to leave and go clean something! It’s your job. And I am paying for it.

Review based on NO HOT WATER FOR 6 MONTHS SINCE I INITIATED MY MEMBERSHIP SO WHY CHARGE A YEARLY MAINTENANCE FEE?Facility is clean and well maintained... Staff is pretty friendly but I don't believe the franchise owner cares about his members because there is no hot shower after your workout... I've brought it to the attention of staff and the comments are always they don't know and they are working on it... for 6 months? Are you serious ... 1st step here next step franchise ... DOUBT that it will be resolved

I was scared for all the neg reviews that are on here... but I honestly needed to see it for myself and they were wrong!!! Gym is been taken care of 24/7... equipment is working, no staff has been rude to me at all, and patrons mind their own business... the only issue I have is that at night there are only female staff cleaning the bathrooms and gym, feels a little uncomfortable getting undress and dress around a female staff member.. overall is a pretty good gym

I have been attending this gym for the past 10 months. I rate it 3 stars for equipment - cleanliness - and affordability. 1 star for the staff member who is always very professional , respectful , and most important has a perfect record of always telling me thank you and have a good night on my exit when ever she is present for work at the gym and her name is Ana. As for the postings about the homeless sleeping on the floor or washing clothes in the sinks that is total B. S. information. The 5th star you will get when you fix the water heater cause WE NEED HOT WATER EVERY DAY.

Overall it is a good experience. Love the workout machines, what the gym stands for and the massage beds. Very cool. My biggest disappointment was when I signed up I specifically inquired about having classes and I was told there were and even given the calendar. But I showed up for a class the next day and then was told there were no classes because there was no teacher! (I guess one quit.) That definitely should have been communicated when I signed up. I felt lied to.

Love LOVE love this place! Its my new home! The staff is super friendly and super motivating!!! Its always clean no matter what time of day you go. The staff is always on the floor cleaning down the machines. If theres any questions they're HAPPY to answer. Its very spacious, there are several machines of the same kind so you dont have to wait for one to free up. Its a pretty big spacious location. They also have a really nice locker bathroom showers area. It honestly is a judgement free zone. Being a plus size woman walking into a place like this can be intimidating, and i am not one to be intimidated.Their trainers are truly there to help you and work you out and motivate you. This place is so uplifting i am so glad i signed up! So far its been an awesome weightloss journey.🤗P.S. They have awesome hydro massage beds, massage chairs, tanning booths and red light booths.
