What a GREAT workout! So fun, moves quickly i.e. you will not check the time once, great camaraderie/energy, fun and engaged instructors. And motivating but not in that annoying "you better do it!" way, but in an inspiring way. Kicks my butt and then that night I'm looking to see what time the classes are the next day. What a blast.

Great place to be able to workout at your own pace, yet still be challenged. The coaches and staffs are friendly, helpful, encouraging, and motivating. They pushes you to be the best YOU can be. Clean place. Convenient hours. Everyone working out is very friendly and encouraging too. Falling in love with the process.

They are so encouraging! The first time I went I joined immediately because it felt like a family. I’ve been going all august and I love how there are different workouts every time, even you choose the same class the workout will be different. It keeps your body on its toes while continuously getting better.

I have found my happy place at last! Stride in Oak Park is a well conceived workout venue featuring state of the art treadmills and a very competent staff to help you achieve your fitness goals. Their combo classes give you an amazing all body mixed aerobic and strength training experience. The cardiac monitors help you intelligently adjust your personal workout. Every single person who works there is upbeat, friendly and welcoming.The program is intense and you will sweat but you will leave there feeling strong, revitalized and happy.
