STRIDE is just what I’ve been looking for. Cardio and strength training all in one. I was getting so bored with my usual gym Treadmill workout and neighborhood walking exercises……!! My first combo class was with amazing Kelsey. The music was great and on point , it made me want to push myself harder. I was a little nervous at first because I was trying something new. But she made me feel like I belonged there and could do it. Kelsey on the mic was energized and lively. Jenny, Marcus and everybody else there was fun, friendly and welcoming.Today I tried my 2nd class with Tamryn she was awesome as well. Their like a DREAM TEAM!!! This is the place everybody should know about. I definitely recommend if you want to switch up your work out. Sincerely Tonya!!!

Great workout routines. Love the Combo class, which provides a combination of treadmill walking, jogging or running (your preference), and dumbbell weight exercises. Friendly instructors; very knowledgeable. Welcoming front desk staff. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Parking available within a very short walking distance. Definitely recommend STRIDE Fitness!

I’ve tried SO many workout classes with my classpass membership over the past 3 years. Best HIIT class I’ve been to and a hidden gem- so glad I stumbled onto it. Great mix of treadmill/weights, good music, friendly staff, and heart rate monitors are a cool plus.
