From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and excited. I met a couple of instructors prior to my workout and a few of people who came out of the session before me talked so highly of their experience. Our Instructor and even the entire class was very welcoming and seriously motivated and they all motivated me. The class was a great, intense workout in the best way. I truly felt like my body got what it was searching for. The entire vibe from the staff, atmosphere, set up and other workout family was a total package for me. I look forward to more and continuing on in my fitness journey with Stride!

This is a great studio, clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating which I appreciate. I've enjoyed my weekly classes with Coach Jenny.

Good workout from warmup and stretching to explaining what each interval would be and through the cooldown. Also, the Woodway treads are sweet.

What a clean and fun environment to get into shape. Jenny is now my best enemy a girl could have lol. She pushed and motivated me being a first timer. I can't wait to go back!

Great workout routines. Love the Combo class, which provides a combination of treadmill walking, jogging or running (your preference), and dumbbell weight exercises. Friendly instructors; very knowledgeable. Welcoming front desk staff. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Parking available within a very short walking distance. Definitely recommend STRIDE Fitness!
