Great pace, good variety for the amount of time of the class. Wonderful work- out to keep one's body healthy and happy while taking care of your individual self. Great time of day for all ages, young, middle age etc I would recommend the class to anyone looking to participate in a routine exercise program.

I signed up for a month os Stride just to try it out. Last time I was at Stride was in November 21st. I went on vacation on the 22nd and came back on the 30th. I came to cancel my membership and the lady at the front desk said that she was going to let the owner know to cancel my membership.As of today I'm still getting robbed "charged" by this place. I have already reported it to my bank.

Joining STRIDE helped me find consistency again. The instructors are A+, the workout is A+, and the community is A+. I'm running more than I've ever been able to run in my life, and that's post two-kids! Highly highly recommend.
