Love Love Love Stride! When I first came in the young lady at the front desk and the instructor Jenny immediately greeted me and welcomed me. They were so helpful and explaining the class. It was just over a great experience and workout! Jenny was an amazing instructor, and he playlist was bomb! Extra bonus!

Stride is everything you could hope for in a gym. Their classes are fun, intense and there are always modifications if needed. All of the instructors and staff are friendly and motivating. Their schedule is great too, plenty of time slots to choose from. I’m really glad I found this gym!

Great way to work on endurance and full body training in an encouraging atmosphere (and they don't judge you for singing off key while running haha!) I also truly appreciate the hours and how they format classes based off feedback!

I would strongly recommend Stride. From my very first class, Jenny enthusiastically welcomed me in, to the myriad of other trainers; Gavin and Tamryn. They all provide an amazing workout with a slice of a fun personality. What I specifically like is that no class is the same, and with the combo classes you get a mix of a treadmill workout and strength (with dumbbells, bands, etc.) all wrapped up in 50 minutes. I love the feeling during the class; heart racing, sweaty all the way to the feeling of accomplishment when you are done.

I’ve been with Stride since they opened and have never liked a gym so much. The staff is friendly and helpful (shout out to Marcus!), the equipment is clean and the coaches are the best. They encourage you, get to know you and make you feel welcomed. I feel part of the Stride family and absolutely love showing up.
