When i come here on the days/nights, i dread it only because of the messy, rude teen pack of boys that seem to be there at the same time. They are messy, leave equipment out everywhere, sit and occupy machines by just crowding not actually working out, etc. Highlands PF was where is started my PF journey when it 1st opened, and it's sad that it's gone so down hill.

Great staff! I usually come in the morning around 6am but today I came in around 8. This time I came in with a disgruntled gym user. Don and the staff handled it appropriately and professionally. I’m not quite of sure the actual situation as I can in during the middle of it, but the disgruntled gym user was using profanity and using obscene language. I applaud the staff with their professionalism in times like this. The gym user mentioned he would be calling corporate and I hope that instead of reprimanding the team, they offer them a reward for their acts of professionalism representing the Planet Fitness corporation.
