The smell of this place at times is discouraging. I did not see management or any but one team member walk the floor and that’s because they were assisting with a customer tour or clean anything they were all bundled up at the lobby desk.

Nice place but very crowded. Wish they had more cable stations.

I’ve been working out for over 20 years. They only have four bench presses with free weights . It’s usually taken over by masculine women or groups of newbies talking and not working out. Plus people there with dumbbells doing both.During 3-7pm it’s hard to get one. Im starting to search for another gym.

Pretty nice place in presentation. Honestly 1st time there and a minor stituation arose w/a nonmember but it was handled quickly & professionally. Staff was knowledgeable & helpful throughout our visit~♡

Friendly staff. Equipment continuously cleaned & wiped down by patrons and staff. No one banging weights around or loud music.

The staff a this facility will. save your financial information and use it for their own personal gain if you have noticed any illegal activity in your bank account after becoming a member at this location contact your financial institution a investigation is being made into. their actions

I like going here late at night when it's least busy. Everything is clean, mostly well maintained, and staff is friendly. Occasionally though there is a TV playing audio that's competing with the intercom music, and of course I just wish planet fitness didn't play background music (or at least way quieter) - but that's a complaint about PF in general and not something that individual locations have control over

If you want to save money this is a place to go I enjoy the water massage lots and lots of equipment clean shower and bathrooms

Just got to Jax from Cali and the manager Jay was petty and rude about an overdue balance that I was told wasn't an issue when I signed up again over the phone. I had no issue paying the small balance, but didn't know how to proceed. Mr. Mighty Pants thinks it suits PF to go after patrons like the mob.

Was visiting from out of state..guy and a girl at the desk chatting it up..told me I cudnt have my bag with me, I informed them it's full of equipment I use throughout my workout. I was offered a locker but had to go get my own lock. I never have had any issue before, I'm an everyday patron. On my way to del norte club instead.
