Every time I go, the workers are nice and welcoming. They're helpful when needed. Everytime I go, most people are minding their business getting their workout in which I appreciate. No creepy vibes. (I usually go between 8am-9pm)

Everyone has a pleasant attitude,they always greet you coming in and going out with a smile 😁 if you need help ask any staff members they are willing to assist you 😀I always have a great work out ! THANK YOU I appreciate, respect Planet FitnessChow

Good gym clean equipment staff is cool for the most part clean locker rooms and black card amenities are very nice as well modern and clean

We love coming here, it has everything we need for a good price, and they keep updating the equipment and the staff is awesome.

Every time I come to this location everytime I have to meet this stupid group of adolescents using most of the incline benches and dumbbells, but they actually just playing around or on their phone and not letting others use the equipment. Really disappointed.

The personal trainer Austin is amazing I absolutely love him he's very informative he's friendly and he takes his time to show you and demonstrate techniques and guides. I have had some pretty bad experiences with trainers as well as gyms and this trainer was by far the best this is the first time I have looked forward to a session I highly recommend going here you will love it everyone all of the staff are super friendly and amazing and very welcoming

I love planet fitness but some people stay on machines and are on their phone not using the machines. This should be addressed. Other than that it is a good place to work out.

The gym is clean, friendly staff, massage bed tanning beds, good priced membership. Plenty of cardio equipment, multiple areas for different types of workout. Gets really crowded in late afternoon (like all gyms), so if you're a weights/Smith machine type of person, you may be out of luck

2 stars due to the hip and leg machines are still broken and have been for months now.However your never late taking your membership fee.This is my home gym. I shouldn't have to drive 30 mins away to another gym that had working machines.A few months with broken machines is not acceptable ok.PLEASE know the 430am staff is always very pleasant. This review of 2 stars concerns your inability to equip this gym with working machines has nothing to do with the staff. Do not hold them accountable for this review but hold the corporate office accountable. Fix it!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM. I just got off the phone with Dom. I was calling about an ongoing bill that I continue to get. I came in to pay my bill and cancel my service around 01/22. I have relocated and attempting to start a new membership to learn the account was never closed and I have a $40 bill that is due. I have not been back in the gym since. He first stated that he knew nothing and then start telling me that I never cancelled the account. This is why I never gave them my banking information since the pandemic. I will rather go to another gym rather than to have a gym that I have had a relationship with keep taking my money. Maybe it was just time for you to get off, or I hit a nerve. I forgive you for your saaaaad customer service.
