The North Highlands location is awesome! Its a farther drive for me, but its worth it. I've been there all different times of the day and its kept clean, with all the black card spa features available. The hydromassage chairs are the best! Special shout out to Don & Jesus--these two employees give such great customer service and keep everything clean! I hate going places with horrific customer service, and generally only leave bad reviews. They are great here, put a smile on my face every time! The best part about the advertised "judgement free zone" is that it truly is, with staff there to answer any question. 10/10 would recommend! Could definitely use less grunting from the dudes lifting free weights. Lol no one needs to hear that!

(this location needs a sun shade for when the sun rises it doesn't cook you at the only elliptical machines!)Anyway, this is one of the better locations I've visited while working. Has good shower heads (where all my stars come from), has a shelf to put your things, a shower that actually gets hot water, and a nice bright locker room. It's also open 25/8, can't beat that!

First of all I should say it's one of the best gyms I have seen in SACRAMENTO. great management, friendly staff, very clean and positive environment, so clean bathrooms, nice designing and coloring.We both love it (me and my wife). We give all gold 5stars to this awesome gym. We met a very nice and professional guy, his name is "JAMMAL". He is so friendly and he patiently explained every thing about the gym to us.We appreciate "JAMMAL" because of his perfect manner and also we think the manager should be proud of him.

This is a great gym. The staff is friendly and the environment is very clean and positive. This gym is usually busy but even on the busiest days there is enough equipment so you don’t have to wait 30 minutes for a machine. Their tanning lights are excellent as well and the bathrooms are the nicest gym bathrooms I have seen at any other location.

Well I must say when my husband and I signed during a promotion we were really excited, a gym that's open 24 hours and good equipment. Well the thrill is gone, my husband's locker in the men's locker room was broken into, backpack stolen with his ID,bank card and other misc things.Hopefully when the cameras are review the cops can get the thief. And this happened early this morning. Very Dissopointing, 😐

This place is great for people who hold strange work, school and life hours. They are open 24 hours. They have a variety of equipment, tv's to watch, clean bathrooms, showers and lockers. They even have a nice and convenient water fountain you can refill your water bottles at. They have staff that are friendly and helpful. Place is always clean when I use it, especially the bathrooms. They have a weekly schedule for when a fitness trainer helps you with your workout or how to use the gym equipment. It is very easy to sign up and it only costs $10.00 a month for basic usage. There are other options if you want to use the tanning room or spa, but you'd have to check the prices for those. One last thing, plenty of parking spaces. Word of warning, it is in an area of North highlands that may look scary at certain times of the night, but as always stay alert and the employees would be more than happy to make sure you're ok. I've been going late and I have not had any issues yet.

The place is always clean. Its a fairly good size gym. Almost all staff members have great customer service... Although some could use some training.My only complaint is against the company. Their pizza Fridays and bagel Tuesdays are horrible! They claim its appreciate, but all it is is a huge slam in the face to their members. Its a dirty tactic that needs to stop!If you appreciate your members you need to show them with proper healthy foods.

We singed up last night. The facility is clean. Perhaps understaffed but membership prices are low, I'd rather have that. They do offer online membership registration that is easy and will speed up the process. We experienced a well trained and courteous staff, who gave us a tour. They were busy but they sure handled it very well, by multitasking and assuring they acknowledged the people who were waiting. Loooking forward to my experience there..

The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly! Drake and Heather make me feel welcomed when I enter the doors to do my awesome workouts. The gym equipment is great and the it's always very clean. They have daily classes and amazing PT. I am one happy member! 😃 …

I've been to PF here in North Highlands a few times. I'm not a day person so, I like the night. Not many people and is very open and clean. The desk people have changed a few times but all of them have been nice and helpful. I'm not a gym rat either. I haven't been to other gyms. The Hydro bed is awesome just wish it went longer. I like it cause it's close and getting the neighborhood to look a little nicer. Thanks!
