I'm experiencing the same problems that bh7 has experienced for the last week at this location (the men's bathrooms being completely closed off) I'm not for sure about the ladies? It is understandable that locations can have problems from time to time but it's ridiculous for it to be something lasting over a week and if someone has to alert the manager of that location of something of a serious matter that shuts down an entire bathroom for a week that manager should be fired and replaced with one that can handle the job. Don't get me wrong I love that gym and that location it's just frustrating to leave home just to get there to find out you have to turn around and go all the way back home just to pee.

I understand that every building could have plumbing issues however, it's been a week from today and this location still has no facilities for the men to use and I'm talking nothing no sink, no shower, no toilet, no urinal. My opinion is if you have one half of the building that's not in working order the entire building should be closed down until you can rectify the issue. My monthly membership dues should go towards that and everything should be up and running consistently just saying.

Haven't been in a while but I see that there's alot of great upgrades to the workout equipment to reduce waiting. Enjoyed my time there.

Easy going atmosphere. Fun staff always there to talk to and help with whatever you need. A great place to focus on you and get away from it All for a minute or two.

Been a member for years. Just there and the only issue I had was watching some young guys using the machines and not wiping them down after. I went over and wiped it down for them.

Beware! I went in person to cancel my double account and signed the paperwork only to be charged on the duplicate account for the next month's fee. I was also charged a $52 start up fee on the duplicate account. I have been in 2-3 times in person on the matter and staff denied speaking to me. If you look online you will see many people are struggling with similar issues of being charged on accounts they have requesting in writing to be closed (nationwide with PF).

The gym was clean and not packed at all. All the equipment is easy to use. They have a QR code you can scan if needed to watch an instructional video.
