I don’t see enough African American workers in this gym or male workers. This gym is not representing equal opportunity. This is a problem we should and could do better as a society we must do better. Ask the General Manager why there aren’t any African American Workers or more male workers.

Me and my Pastor work our in mornings around 5am before prayer and work. Thats the ideal time to go if you don't want large crowds and having to wait on machines. The employees and guest are all super nice and helpful. Fort Campbell Blvd is our preferred spot.

I've never had to wait for a machine here. They always have plenty available. The environment is friendly and I appreciate the lockers and showers that are provided. Bring your own lock!

Giving one star because that is the lowest I can give. First I had planet fitness membership in 2014 and I was moving. I waited in line and spoke to a guy working there and told him I was moving and needed to cancel he told me he would take care of it so I left and thought he was taken care of. But I guess that is what you get for thinking people will do their job. I went in today because I started a membership in Cookeville for the last two years where I made my payment every month and transferred back to Clarksville went in today for them to tell me my account is over 1,000 days past due and I have to make the payment before I can use the and the guy working acted like he had an attitude when I told him the other guy didn’t do what he said he was going to do so how is that my fault. He said it wasn’t his fault which I never said it was his fault but the experience I had today has turned me off from planet fitness I will go get a membership at Crunch Fitness I would rather give them $29.99 a month with the Peace of mind people will do what they say they are going to do.

Love the atmosphere and vibe of PF. Plenty of options to workout along with having the black card area. Spot on.A couple of the employees make me raise an eyebrows in regards to their customer service skills/capabilities but that won't deter me from recommending it to friends.

Relatively well maintained, but starting to show its age. Staff is hit or miss at this location. Crowd can be sketchy at times. This is just compared to Madison location, which I like better, but this is a perfectly acceptable planet fitness unless the Madison St. location is as close or closer. Wish they would do some more detail cleaning-this would definitely improve it's aging look and desirability.

BEST SHOWERS EVER!I travel and use different planet fitness locations. This one has, by far, the best showers. Of course, they’re clean- I haven’t seen a dirty PF shower yet. But they’re also extra large, all tiled, with built-in changing area, and no clingy shower curtain! And a rain head, too! They don’t have the wall-mounted soap dispenser, but that’s ok, no one uses it anyway.

Very Clean and nice gym I don’t go there anymore because I got a gym now in my garage from when COVID started, but my favorite thing there are the hydro massage beds and the total body enhancement. Nice employees! I would still consider going back and getting a membership just for the massage beds. So many different varieties of work out equipment and they have personal trainers with your membership which is also a plus ! Highly Recommend

As someone who constantly travels for work and stops at many planet fitnesses throughout the country, this location is one of the cleanest and nicest that I’ve seen so far. At least when we were here at night time. Always feels nice to workout at the clean gym.

I travel all over the US and frequent Planet Fitness locations all over. Machines were all good. Showers were pretty gross and mold growing on the ceilings. It’s not the worst I’ve been to but definitely in the bottom 4.
