Its cool it's not crowd and the only thing I don't like is when people walk up and stand there and wait for you to get off... (pause) but other than that i can't complain.

This is the best planet fitness I have been to. I utilize planet in my travels around the country. Been to many. Love the TV's on the treadmills.

Well for starters. When i walked in to planet fitness. There was a staff member she a black female. She was laughing and judging me. And i thought planet fitness was a non judgemental place to go. But instead when ever i go or get done and im on the phone with my spouse and my mom she stares at me and eaves drop onto my conversation. She doesnt do her job. She stands at the desk flirting with the customers. The bathrooms in the ladies room are so bad that theres black mold growing. I thought that planet fitness was a great gym but recently all the employees are not doing what they need to do. I dont want to be laughed at when i go to a gym because i just got off from work. Please fix it

I have sent an email on September 22nd 2021, to cancel my membership with military orders. I then got an automated email I called 7 times and spoke with multiple people and they all pretend like they have never Hurd of the Service Members Civil Relief Act that allows soldiers to cancel agreements with TCS orders.After speaking with the assistant manager tori she asked if she could freeze my account after paying the October bill. I told her i have sent emails in September with orders attached and called multiple times I told her I just want the membership canceled. She said after you pay the October bill I can freeze it for a few months. I Then let her know how frustrating this is because I got injured in the army requiring surgery and didn’t ever get to use my membership which led to get medically retired.Tori then ask me “ So are you disabled or deployed” and proceeded to make fun of my disability status. The staff here is normally excellent when you go in which really caught me off guard, after her making me feel horrible she told me if your not deployed I can’t help you so you’ll have to come in to cancel.I then tried to explain what the Service member cilvil relief act was, which is what allows service members to break agreements with orders, but she told me she didn’t know what it was and told me to pay the October bill or it’s going to collections and then hung up.I then waited a couple of days to speak to the manger she said the same thing but respectfully, so now I’m being forced to pay PF money for a membership I’m unable to use thanks to the army.

Can’t believe they let a big ‘service’ dog in the gym while its owner is working out. The dog wasn’t wearing anything indicating it was a service dog which I thought was required so you don’t really know. I do know how people try to get away with stuff. I know the staff isn’t regulating anything because they let people work out with hiking boots and street pants and sleeveless shirts with almost no sides.

Came into this location a year ago and switched from the Madison Street location to this one. Went in to cancel my membership in January and was told it was canceled. Then got charged again in February so came back to dispute the charge. Was told I had two accounts one with the Madison Street location and this location. Even though I was only being charged for this location. They canceled my Madison account and not the other. Was told by the Manager Anna, if I had proof that I canceled it I could get a refund. Showed my cancellation form and they said since it says Madison Street as the location on the form I can’t get a refund. Even though they could clearly see in their system that I had two accounts and just failed to tell me this or check to see why I had two. Why make me a whole new account if I was just switching locations??? And then refuse to give me a refund for their mistake? Will never go back to another Planet Fitness. Terrible experience.
