Location is great, 24/7 operating hours are accommodating, so many well-maintained machines, such a variety of machines/workout/stretch tool options and their well-spaced from each other so you have plenty of room. I like the circuit area for a 30-minute quick workout that is designed to go between strength and cardio, so many classes, $10 a month is a great rate, and the customer service from Caitlin, I'd really like to highlight her as an employee right now, Caitlin is terrific! She helped me sign up, she's been there when I've had any questions or concerns and she makes me feel valued & appreciated. Overall this is a welcoming, clean and encouraging environment to be your best self.

I travel across the eastern half of the country, this is by far the worst Planet Fitness yet! Equipment laying everywhere because the gym members are to lazy to put back, the employees don’t pick things up. The tanning is not computer driven so you can’t book a time. Just sad .

Best planet fitness in all of the Chattanooga area. It's never crowded. It's spacious. Newer and clean.

I know people say it all the time when they work out but I haven't been to a gym since 1999and I'm telling you that I've already lost over 15 lb I had low self-esteem now it's back up I'm starting to tone up a little bit and I just feel good about myself that's what the gym experience is supposed to be about and when I come here I don't have to be fat shamed or feel bad about my weight because I promise you there's people of all sizes here and we all just generally show love that's what it's about here at Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness thank you for helping me get my health and my life back. Definitely recommend to anybody who's looking to change their health and their lifestyle.

I appreciate the amenities for the price. I really wish the massage chairs worked better, though. Some parts of the massage hurt and on other parts there is very little pressure. No matter the intensity that is chosen...

Great place to workout. Comfortability, nice smiling faces, clean facility, no judgment atmosphere. Good drink selection. Water always available, plenty of lockers. Affordable monthly payment and worth it.

Great atmosphere. Lots of equipment. Generally less crowded. Meaning you don't have to wait to use equipment.

Clean, plenty of machines to work out on, nice changing area/bathrooms, have lockers on site. Very reasonable pricing.

Great clean gym with all the workout equipment needed. Staff are always friendly and there is always an abundance of staff to help at a moments notice.

my husband and I have been to probably about 30 planet fitness all over the states, and this one may be the best we’ve been to. so spacious, bright&clean. rows and rows of cardio machines, enormous stretching/360 area, clean&large dressing rooms (hair dryers in the ladies!) and very friendly staff. They even have some protein snacks available! I wish I lived in Cleveland JUST for this planet fitness.
