**TRUCK DRIVERS*** Employee informed me as soon as I parked that if you’re parking in the right side of planet fitness where the 4 dumpsters are, PLEASE to not pass and park past the those dumpsters at the corner of the building or right at the intersection of the parking lot because that is where all their staff parks and they will call the cops. Others than that area, they are trucker friendly.

Day 1 of fitness journey, show up at 430am, they’re CLOSED!! 24/7 but they’re closed and will reopen at 5am. Ok, so it was the day after Easter, so I sit in parking lot and wait. Dude shows up at 450am and can’t get door unlocked, after more than 10mins of him trying I just leave. Now I get it wasn’t his fault and I get it was the day after Easter in which they were closed, mind you the website didn’t indicate this, still said 24/7. Now why I can appreciate closing on certain holidays to allow employees to spend time with their loved ones, maybe you should install electronic locks tied to a card scanner so people can still scan themselves in on these holidays and maintain your 24/7 status. Small expense to incur to still offer 24/7 and to be able to operate unstaffed during holiday hours.REVISED: Open 24/7(mostly) always clean, always staff on site, almost always equipment available, extra perks of tanning and massage, etc…included. Best bang for the buck. And the reason I selected Planet Fitness was they were the only gym that didn’t feel the need to talk down the competition when I was shopping for a gym. All your local competitors could tell me zero about why I should join their gym and only offered a long list of “so called” reasons why I shouldn’t join Planet Fitness. I made the right choice. My only suggestion would be to offer/schedule EARLY morning classes/orientation, not everyone can attend during “normal” business hours. Otherwise, A+ experience!

Personally I don't like the fact that the ONLY have Smith machines when it comes to plates and bars. Horrible for deadline and bench, even squats arent comfortable on these machines. The issue is that the bar is stuck on a track that only moves in a straight line. Now unfortunately that is not how body mechanics work. Bench you use a curved press, while deadlifting requires pulling over the knees and into the hips. Squats can be done except you shouldn't expect a fluid motion, it's clunky and uncomfortable. All that aside, the cable machines are kept clean and there is a small area for calisthenics/yoga but why would you do that in a gym when you could do those at home or at a park? They have a good selection of dumbells and (fixed weight) barbells. But not a lot of room to use said weights. (There are about 3 MAYBE 4 workout benches in a 30×20ft area and they're usually being used already)

I love planet fitness and I love that I can go 24/7 and I understand that the prices are so amazingly low and would be raised if there was childcare. But I do wish they had a child center while I worked out. I wouldn’t mind the price change if it meant I could go earlier in the day. Because then I could go to sleep when my family does. Also know where in Cleveland has childcare anymore at gyms.

It's a very clean facility and truck driver friendly. It's nice to have a place to park Bob tail with access to 24/7 showers, restrooms and massage chairs. Truck stops charge 12 bucks per shower u can get unlimited showers with PF for like 10 a month. Catch what I'm saying PF? start a truck stop/gym chain and cash in on this great idea ;)

I used to enjoy going here. Had a bad fall March 29th around 9:30 pm. The person with me and another customer helped me. I sit for a few minutes at one of the little tables & the customer who helped me told them at the desk as well as bought me a water. Not one employee checked to see if I was ok.To this day my right hand doesn't work well. I left with a black right eye, bruised chest, right leg was badly bruised and had big knots under the skin, both hands were swollen & badly bruised. The ones working stayed huddled together behind the desk & never moved.....SHAME ON THEM!!!!! Not sure I will ever go back to such an uncaring establishment!!!

Staff is great! The facility is clean. I noticed everyone wiping down machines after using them. I never got the feeling of being judged. Love that! People are there to work out and stay healthy!

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. Anytime I've had a question it's been answered and the fitness trainer is awesome, she listened and helped come up with a plan and then showed me how to work everything on that list. Anytime I might have questions for her she's there to help. Very clean and just overall amazing.
