Staff is attentive and polite. Everything was clean and well stocked. One piece of equipment I used had a slightly funny noise to it, but may just need lubrication or something.Gym, locker room and parking areas were clean. Massage chairs and hydro loungers were very relaxing 😌

So just rejoining the gym and had my property stolen within the first week!! People are actually going into the locker rooms into your belongings and just stealing them!! Planet fitness will assure you there is nothing they can do about it so lock your things up or keep them with you!! Thoroughly disappointed!!

This is my favorite gym location and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, there are only 3 (out of 4) stair master machines in working condition and it has been this way for quite some time. This is a very popular machine as there is always someone on all 3. Please work on getting the 4th one fixed and/or maybe providing more than 4 machines throughout the gym.

You definitely get what you pay for. $10 a month is fine for me, but others might not be fine. The machines I used all worked, showers and lockers were available but every hook was broken off in the shower. Made things interesting.
