I love my black card membership! Better than a single-location membership with Wilson's and basically the same equipment to use. The classes at Wilson's are more diverse and 30 minutes longer, but I had to lie to them to cancel my membership and $23 a month gets me access to any Planet Fitness not just one.

I love the Columbia Planet Fitness. I've been going here for just a little over a year now, and it's exactly what I look for in a gym for such a great price. The staff is so friendly and make you feel really welcome. Highly recommend!

I've been to many PF facilities in more than one state. This one is by far the cleanest. It's well maintained and the staff is great. It has plenty of equipment for everybody. Did I mention that it's spotless. Great job, Como staff.

Great staff. Very friendly. Shout out to Heidi who was very very nice and helpful. Personal a trainer named Jamie was also very professional and helpful and took her time to personalize a workout routine. I'm glad I made the switch to this gym. Happy Happy!!

$10/month gym? Yes please! They're very busy right after 5pm Monday - Thursday, but always staffed with helpful people. The classes with a trainer that are offered for free are really good for getting started with your routine, or if you feel it's time for a change. Great value!

It’s memorial day and as I enter I see the usual scene. Two employees at the front desk standing around talking, no TP to be found in the men’s restroom, lots of trash on the floor, several paper towel dispensers are empty, and numerous spray bottles are inoperable. The front desk is well staffed however. This is what is found most mornings. I recently saw an employee cleaning on her shift and I complimented her, telling her that was the first time I had seen someone cleaning on a weekend. Recently, there was a paper towel dispenser that had a out of order sign on it for two weeks. How hard is it to get a screwdriver, take out three screws, and replace the paper towel dispenser?I see that the owner has left a response that I need to let the manager know about these issues. Is there no communication between the owner and the manager? If I wanted to tell your manager (who I suspect is one of the individuals standing around talking at the front desk) I would have done so. Do you understand the purpose of these reviews?

Customer service is way above average, the fitness center is very clean, machines work correctly and there are several of each kind. Tanning beds and massage beds and chairs all included with the black card membership which is 20.00 per month... WOW.. just a tanning package alone is upwards of 60.00 a month. I started working out there and was 225 lbs, since working with a trainer and watching my calories and going to the gym every other day for 1 to 2 hours each time, I am now at 175 lbs.. my husband started at 305 lbs and is now at 234 lbs... thank you planet fitness, you saved our lives and are helping us to get our hotness back...lolAllen Flood-Thompson & Donnie Thompson 2019

I signed up online, but had never been in the gym for one session of any kind. But for months they would debit my card. I go in this past friday to ask for my money back and to cancel my basically non membership, beings i never ever stepped foot in the facility at all. I was told to talk to the manager. Well i called her today and she didn't even try to discuss anything about the account, she just says unfortunately i can only cancel and no future payments, but no refund. They are not someone you should do business with, because they have no problem ripping people off.

Clean, tons of equipment and options, and awesome perks for black card members. Only negatives so far is that there are only 3 stalls in the women’s locker room, and women are using them to change clothes...so I’ve had to wait in a line to use the actual restroom so people can change. 🤦‍♀️ Other negative is using a small locker and I bring a lock. Most people just put their stuff in the lockers with no locks and take the space from those of us trying to use the facilities as they are intended.

I come in during off-hours during the day or evening and never have to wait for equipment. Prime time gets rather crowded, but what do you expect? There's a good mix of ages and fitness levels, so it's not intimidating. There're spaces to sit and work between exercise sessions. The staff is helpful and friendly, but not pushy or intimidating. I like that the staff isn't all 20-something athletes.
