The only gym in Columbia I bother to attend. Facility is always clean, modern machines & cable tv. Parking can be a hassle sometimes due to its' location in the shopping plaza but I've learned that going early in the morning takes care of that problem. Cost of membership is easily affordable, even through this pandemic. I wish other gyms would catch on and take some notes from these guys. Also, the guys at the front desk are always so friendly and polite, makes me feel at ease right away; thermostat always at the perfect temp. I have the black card membership, but I still haven't used any of the perks yet. However, it is very convenient to be able to go to any PF I choose in case I am out of town or away from my home gym. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

This location is nicely laid out and the staff are very coherent in particular, "Al." I'm visiting today from Sedalia our family is battling cancer so we make frequent trips to Columbia. I decided to get some exercise and met this smiling effervescent individual. I left this facility feeling complete, thanks PF and Al.

From my first day, to my most recent workout, I have never felt anything less than absolutely welcome here. Great staff, great equipment and a clean and safe place to start, or continue your fitness journey.

I generally like planet fitness. Although I work a lot. So need to workout at night. I figured their hours would change back to 24/7 but haven’t in a long time. So basically I can workout on the one to two days I’m off. Or try and get 30 minutes in while the gym is full. I only started going here since it was cheaper and 24/7. I’ve been disappointed for the past year and a half. The staff is nice and helpful

Fairly similar equipment and space for various workouts. The stretchout space for yoga, stretching, free weights, and so on is smaller compared to other PF sites and the benches do not roll - so you might have to drag or pick it up to move it for your workout. Yoga balls are actually inflated and made my day! Otherwise the CS is friendly and says hi (new to me from another other PF). Dress out space in men's locker room is tiny and can barely fit 6 people including the 1 private dress room. Cleaning stations are clearly marked and are well maintained. Otherwise one of the doors at the entrance is broken or they just want one door to be used by customers. Would generally recommend.

Koby, Al, Nick, Zack, and Hailey are awesome at my Broadway PF. They make all the difference in attendance. My daughter made me go with her the first time and I didn't really want to, but getting to know the staff was more fun than the actual workout!! Now when I go, I know what to expect, it's not really crowded, I see staff cleaning all the time and checking the equipment so it's safe. The PF crew make it fun to be there which makes everyone else in a good mood and happy, too:) Love my PF and my workouts!!

Al and Heidi from this location were amazing! Heidi made transferring my membership to here seamless and she was very informative about all the amenities this location offers.Al was also very helpful and checked in with me periodically to keep me motivated.Together they made my experience here really wonderful and memorable!The gym itself is nice and clean. It's very spacious with enough equipment for even a busy day. Cleaning stations were well stocked and the locker room was clean and orderly.I look forward to coming to this location more often!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They are always very helpful and kind. The equipment is very clean and in working order, and I feel safe in the locker rooms/showers. The entertainment element (the TV and music) is extremely appreciated, the price of membership is more than fair, and the variety of services is outstanding, especially for black card members. I never have to wait to use something I want. There are plenty of machines and tanning booths to go around, and the staff keeps everything very organized and clean. At every given moment of being at the gym, I see them cleaning constantly. And I'm not talking quick rub downs. They literally take machines off the floor, and get every square inch.Excellent quality all around, with no complaints from me! I will never go anywhere else.

Super happy that there seems to be some turnover that happened thru this whole pandemic. The club is cleaner and the people behind the desk don't seem like they hate their lives. Jonathan was who helped me get reinstated and I could see his smile even tho he had a mask on. That's what I'm talking about!! :)

Ive been at PF on West Broadway for about a year now honestly I got to say i love it. Friendly staff and very helpful with any question I have, they have also been on point with having the place clean with the pandemic. Good Job Guys!
