Why is this 24 hour fitness not open 24 hours.may 18th 2023 here we go again, gym supposed to be open at 5am it's 530 nobody here. Yet my bill is expected to be paid on time.

Sadly short of back equipment compared to ALL other 24s. They have trouble keeping equipment fixed. Lowish cost decent equipment. Good staff.

Registered to get free pass to see how the gym looks like now. I used to come here 5 years ago. I received free pass and showed at the gym. Staff at the gym tried to make me sign up for a membership. When I told that I want to use my free pass first they were disappointed. Made me explain why I came back, like in college. Finally it was easier to pay 20$ for 3 days just because I was at the gym already. The Gym is horrible.... seems like the only thing changed there is the T-shirt of the guy who picks empty plastic bottles there, wandering around.

This place is very dirty, in woman's bathroom, no soap, all sinks are not working. No seat cover, it's nasty. There are 3 workers in the front desk, but no one walk around to pickup nasty trash. Workers are friendly with welcome smiles. Are there any woman actually working there?

Most of the gyms have machines that are out of service. The ones that do work are not next to each other so if you are working out with a partner, good luck. Plus it seems a lot of machines people don't really use.For example the rows of elliptical machines. We pay annual and monthly dues for a club that is designed to be "24 hours" yet since the pandemic not all clubs are 24 hours, but we still pay the same fees. Most of the clubs are generally not cleaned well. We have been to several clubs in the East Bay,North Bay and LA area it is the same across the board. So far the cleanest, best amenities by far are in Pleasanton,Ca Super Sport.
